In this editorial of the 57th issue, volume 33 of our Journal Cuadernos de Administración, I want to present the new changes that we face in this editorial project that is on its 40th year of publication. The first great change is to start publishing our Journal in English, seeking a greater diffusion of knowledge from different authors. The second change is to publish three issues per year. 2017 is the first year when we will publish three issues. Finally, the third great change is to become a 100% electronic Journal. We are seeking a greater diffusion and availability. Now the task that we will be facing is to be included in the largest number of data bases and to make our data increasingly open to accomplish a greater amount of downloads of articles.

The first article of this issue is entitled: Learning in Innovation Regional Systems: An Agent Based Model. In this article the authors study regional innovation systems from modeling and simulation processes in order to identify the agent’s capabilities that interact in each region. This model intents to contribute to the understanding of the agent’s dynamics and the system’s performance.

The second article of this issue was written by Benjamin Betancourt Guerrero and Gildardo Scarpetta Calero. In it, the results of a research project are presented. Such research addressed the analysis and the construction of future scenarios of the fruit and vegetable growing chain of Valle of Cauca for the 2019 horizon deadline.

Evaluation of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in the Sanitary Context in Mexico is the title of the third article of this issue, where the authors carry out a quantitative research in public hospitals in the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico in order to demonstrate the relation between service quality and customer satisfaction in a context of increasing improvement on health services.

The forth article of this issue is entitled: Labor Satisfaction of Chilean Workers: A Model of Structural Equations. In this article, the authors present the results of a research carried out in Chilean public institutions on the satisfaction of workers with their relationship with their boss.

Cultural Analysis in Three Indigenous Productive Organizations from an Interpretative-symbolic Perspective is the title of the fifth article of this issue. The author presents the results of a research carried out in three indigenous productive organizations, describing and analyzing the characteristics and cultural components from a theoretical model of cultural dynamics.

The sixth article of this issue presents the results of a research carried out in higher education institutes of Brazil. It is about the management control systems that determine, among other things, the process of decision making.

Francisca Encinas Orozco and Judith Cavazos Arroyo are the authors of the last article of this issue. In it, they present the results of a research carried out in Mexico on the analysis of the impact of the effective commitment of the university, the co-creation of services, and the engagement of the client to the loyalty of graduate students.

On behalf of the Editorial Committee and the School of Administrative Sciences of the University of Valle, I thank our authors and you, the readers for being with us in this evolution process of the Cuadernos de Administración Journal and we hope to continue counting on this academic community that revolves around the proposed editorial dynamic.
