With the present Vol. 20 No. 2 of Acta Colombiana de Psicología, 20 years of uninterrupted edition are cele brated, highlighting the primary interest of ensuring high scientific quality, compliance with editorial characteristics, visibility, permanent improvement in terms of achievement of indicators and national and international positioning. It should be mentioned that one of the criteria that has been maintained from its beginnings and which has great relevance is the publication of contributions from foreign authors, which has allowed the expansion and geographical coverage of the journal.

It is expected that in this new decade the journal will maintain the high scientific and editorial quality it has achie ved so far, that will continue contributing to the visibility of knowledge both nationally and internationally, increase inclusion in different international indexing systems, in corporate systems and technologies for the management of their publishing processes, and increase the interest and participation of diverse communities and researchers of the discipline and related areas in the publication oftheir research results, in reading and, particularly, in the citation thereof.

In this issue of Acta Colombiana de Psicología articles from different fields of psychology are published, such as basic psychology, health, educational, legal, personality and psychometry. It also introduces numerous international investigations from countries such as Chile -Universidad del Bío-Bío-, Mexico -Universidad Veracruzana, National Autonomous University of Mexico, Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí and University of Guadalajara-, Portugal -University of Trás-os -Montes e Alto Douro-, Peru -University of Applied Sciences- and Spain -University of Huelva, University of Vigo, University of La Laguna, and Autonomous University of Madrid-. Also, it presents national studies coming from cities such as Bogotá-Catholic University of Colombia-, Tunja -Universidad de Boyacá-and Pasto -Universidad de Nariño-.

Finally, the publisher thanks and acknowledges the managers of the Catholic University of Colombia for their high commitment and important backing and support provided to date, without which the achievements of Acta Colombiana de Psicología in these two decades would not have been possible.
