This paper presents the methodology and the results in terms of forecasting (SGE) for the consumption of electric energy in the manufacture of H-10 blocks using the STATGRAPHICS Centurion XV Software. The outcomes demonstrated the stabilization of the energy efficiency associated with an increase of production without investment by purchasing new equipment. That is to say, that only with the innovation and the follow-up of the process through applied management technologies the resources of the company can be optimized, besides the adoption of a culture of energy management in an efficient way. The energy efficiency is optimized taking into account all the variables that influence the production process, besides performing preventive maintenance of the equipment in order to stabilize and control the parameters involved in the manufacture of masonry products for construction.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La presente investigación consiste en la aplicación de herramientas estadísticas para el monitoreo de la eficiencia energética de los indicadores en procesos productivos que cumplen con los requisitos de ISO 50001:2011. Además, este trabajo presenta la metodología y los resultados en términos de pronóstico (SGE) para el consumo de energía eléctrica en la fabricación de bloques H-10 utilizando el software STATGRAPHICS Centurion XV. Los resultados demostraron la estabilización de la eficiencia energética asociada con un aumento de la producción sin inversión mediante la compra de nuevos equipos. Es decir, que solo con la innovación y el seguimiento del proceso a través de tecnologías de gestión aplicadas se pueden optimizar los recursos de la empresa, como también la adopción de una cultura de gestión energética de forma eficiente. La eficiencia energética se optimizo teniendo en cuenta todas las variables que influyen en el proceso de producción, además de realizar un mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos para estabilizar y controlar los parámetros involucrados en la fabricación de productos de mampostería para la construcción.]]></p></abstract>
