Na produção de um curso online, tem-se preocupações relacionadas à comunicação dos atores que participam na produção, e às informações que conformam o conteúdo do curso. O grupo de pesquisa Fatores Humanos na Interação e Comunicação da Informação, do Programa de Pós-graduação de Ciência da Informação da Universidade de Brasília, está diretamente ligado aos estudos das pessoas que interagem com instrumentos e ferramentas de comunicação em trabalho colaborativo. Os cursos online oferecidos pela Secretaria Executiva UNA-SUS, são elaborados de forma colaborativa, utilizando um processo de produção que envolve os atores da equipe de produção de cursos online (PCO) e os conteudistas. O presente estudo descreve o processo de produção do curso online Hanseníase na Atenção Básica e a comunicação e mediação da informação na etapa de desenvolvimento de tal processo, baseando-se no modelo comunicativo do Laswell, do Osgood e Sharmm, e, do Tubbs. Para conhecer a fundo o fenômeno, utilizou-se a técnica metodológica da observação participante. A pesquisadora inseriu-se na equipe PCO por 14 meses, de tal forma que observou livremente rotinas de trabalho, fluxo de atividades, canais para se comunicarem, e instrumentos de mediação da informação. Desta forma, se percebe que a comunicação continua nos instrumentos pactuados, é fundamental para o fluxo do processo de produção. Por outro lado, as informações que compõem o conteúdo do curso são norteadas pelo mapa de ações, que é considerado como a matriz do conteúdo do curso online.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La comunicación, por ser un fenómeno complejo, es estudiada en múltiples ámbitos de la sociedad. En la producción de un curso online, hay preocupaciones relacionadas a la comunicación de los actores que participan en la producción y a las informaciones que conforman el contenido del curso. El grupo de investigación Factores Humanos en la Interacción y Comunicación de la Información, del Programa de Posgrado de Ciencia de la Información de la Universidad de Brasilia, está directamente ligado a los estudios de las personas que interactúan con instrumentos y herramientas de comunicación en trabajo colaborativo. Los cursos online ofrecidos por la Secretaría Ejecutiva UNA-SUS, son elaborados de forma colaborativa, utilizando un proceso de producción que involucra a los actores del equipo de producción de cursos online (PCO) y a los autores, responsables del contenido del curso. El presente estudio describe el proceso de producción del curso online Lepra en la Atención Básica y la comunicación y mediación de la información en la etapa de desarrollo de tal proceso, basándose en el modelo comunicativo de Laswell, de Osgood y Sharmm, y, de Tubbs. Para conocer a fondo el fenómeno, se utilizó la técnica metodológica de observación participante. La investigadora se internó en el equipo PCO por 14 meses, de tal forma que observó libremente rutinas de trabajo, flujo de actividades, canales para comunicarse, e instrumentos de mediación de información. De esta forma, se percibe que la comunicación continua en los instrumentos pactados, es fundamental para el flujo del proceso de producción. Por otro lado, las informaciones que componen el contenido del curso son orientadas por el mapa de acciones, que es considerado como la matriz del contenido del curso online.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Because communication is a complex phenomenon, it is studied in numerous contexts in society. When producing an online course, there are concerns related to the communication of actors who participate in production and the information that forms the course contents. The human factors research group at Universidad de Brasilia is directly linked to the studies of people who interact with communication instruments and tools in collaborative work. The online courses offered by the executive secretary&#8217;s office at UNA-SUS are elaborated collaboratively using a production process that involves online course production team actors and authors responsible for the course contents. This study describes the production of and online leprosy course on basic care and the communication and mediation of information in the development stage of that process based on Laswell, de Osgood and Sharmm, and, de Tubbs&#8217; communicative model. To know the phenomenon in depth, the study used participant observation. The researcher immersed into the PCO team for 14 months and freely observed work routines, activity flow, communication channel and information mediation tools. This way, it is perceived that continuous communication using agreed instruments is fundamental for production process flow. On the other hand, the information that constitutes the contents of the course are oriented by an action map which is considered the matrix of the online course contents.]]></p></abstract>
