Para tal fin, se llevó a cabo la degradación de las resinas glicosídicas mediante el tratamiento alcalino de los extractos, para el posterior análisis de los ácidos solubles en disolventes orgánicos por cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas (CG-EM). Este procedimiento permitió identificar la porción lipídica de los lipooligosacáridos. Los ácidos decanoico, dodecanoico y hexadecanoico fueron los residuos esterificantes más comunes en las tres especies estudiadas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Esterifying residues from resin glycosides from three Ipomoea species (Ipomoea trífida, Ipomoea purpurea and Ipomoea hederifolia) were identified by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (CG-MS).These species are invasive of coffee plants and were collected in Quindío, Colombia. First, the extracts with resin glycosides were degraded through saponification to liberate of organic acids soluble in ether and Chloroform. Decanoic, dodecanoic and hexadecanoic acids were the most common esterifying residues from the studied species.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Os ácidos orgânicos acilantes do núcleo do açucar foram identificados a partir de três glicósidos de resina de espécies de Ipomoea (Ipmoea trífida, Ipomoea purpurea e Ipomoea hederifolia). Essas espécies são invasoras de plantas de café e foram coletadas em Quindío, Colômbia. Em primeiro lugar, os resina de glicosídeos foram degradados através da saponificação dos extratos e depois os ácidos orgânicos solúveis em éter e clorofórmio foram analisados por cromatografia gasosa acoplada à espectrometria de massa (CG-EM). Finalmente, a porção lipídica dos lipo-oligossacarídeos. Os ácidos decanóico, dodecanoico e hexadecanóico foram os resíduos de esterificação mais comuns das espécies estudadas.]]></p></abstract>
