Los factores seleccionados para el estudio en cuestión fueron el tipo de PLA utilizado y el contenido de residuos de café usado como relleno. La significancia estadística de los factores fue estudiada mediante análisis de varianza (ANOVA). Según los resultados obtenidos, el módulo elástico de las muestras fabricadas depende del tipo de PLA utilizado (p=0,0025), al igual que la elongación en la ruptura (p=0,0035); sin embargo, dichas variaciones no son significativamente altas. Se observa una distribución de partículas homogénea y el análisis infrarrojo por transformada de Fourier muestra que la incorporación de los RC fue exitosa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In the present work, an experimental design 22 was carried out to evaluate the effect on the mechanical properties of the use of Coffee Waste (RC) processed for the cosmetic industry as Aller in commercial and recycled Polylactic Acid (PLA) filaments. The factors selected for the study were the type of PLA used and the content of coffee waste used as Aller. The statistical significance of the factors was studied by analysis of variance (ANOVA). According to the results obtained, the elastic modulus of the manufactured samples depends on the type of PLA used (p=0.0025), as does the elongation at break (p=0.0035); however, these variations are not significantly high. Homogeneous particle distribution was observed, and the Fourier transform infrared analysis shows that the incorporation of the RCs was successful.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo No presente trabalho foi feito um desenho experimental 22 com o propósito de avaliar o efeito dos Resíduos de Café (RC) da indústria cosmética nas propriedades mecânicas de filamentos de Ácido Polilático (PLA) comercial e reciclado. Os fatores selecionados no estudo foram o tipo de PLA e o conteúdo de resíduos de café que foi usado como recheio. A significância estatística dos fatores foi calculada fazendo uma análise de variância (ANOVA). De acordo com os resultados obtidos, o módulo de elasticidade das amostras preparadas depende do tipo de PLA usado (p=0,0025) assim como a elongação de rutura (p=0,0035); não entanto, essas variações não são significativas. Observa-se uma distribuição homogênea das partículas e a análise no infravermelho por transformada de Fourier permitiu determinar que a incorporação dos RC foi exitosa.]]></p></abstract>
