Para esto, se utilizan datos de cortes transversales repetidos, provenientes de la Encuesta de Calidad de Vida de Medellín de los años 2010 y 2014, y de información sobre los atributos de barrio disponibles. En total, la investigación cuenta con 4.091 observaciones en el 2010 y 4.219 en el 2014. Para el análisis, se estima un modelo hedónico cuasiexperimental, y con sus resultados se construye un índice de CVU. El trabajo muestra que la puesta en marcha del Metroplús tuvo un efecto positivo y significativo sobre los cambios en la CVU en el periodo 2010-2014. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper aims to establish the impact of the bus rapid transit system of Medellin, Colombia, on the urban quality of life (UQL), measured as the contribution of the amenities available in each neighborhood to the welfare of its residents. To this end, repeated cross-section data from the Encuesta de Calidad de Vida de Medellín for 2010 and 2014 and information on the neighborhood amenities are used. As a whole, the research considered 4,091 observations in 2010 and 4,219 in 2014. Through the estimation of a quasi-experimental hedonic model, the amenities with significant coefficients were identified to calculate a UQL index. The findings suggest that the implementation of the Metroplus had a positive and significant effect on changes in the UQL during the period 2010-2014. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Resumé Le but de cette étude est de déterminer l&#8217;impact du bus rapid transit à Medellin sur la qualité de la vie urbaine (CVU). Celui-ci est mesuré comme la contribution au bien-être des aménagements publics disponibles à l&#8217;endroit où résident les citoyens. Pour ce faire, nous utilisons des données transversales répétées, à partir de l&#8217;Enquête de Qualité de Vie de Medellin, pour les années 2010 et 2014. Nous utilisons également des données concernant les attributs de voisinage. Au total, nous avons 4091 observations pour l&#8217;année 2010 et 4219 pour l&#8217;année 2014. Ensuite, nous estimons un modèle hédonique quasi expérimental, afin de calculer un indice CVU.
