El guaraní-jopara es una variedad preeminentemente oral del guaraní y manifiesta una gran permeabilidad al préstamo de verbos, pese a las restricciones semánticas y morfológicas que hacen que esta categoría léxica no sea fácilmente transferible de una lengua a otra. A partir del análisis y descripción de las propiedades léxico-semánticas de predicados formados con las bases verbales del español entender y gustar, se explican las divergencias observadas entre la estructura temática y la estructura argumental en interacción con el sistema de alineamiento activo/inactivo y jerárquico que prefigura las relaciones gramaticales en guaraní.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article inquires into the functioning of two psychological verbs formed from the Spanish verb roots entender and gustar, incorporated into the morphosyntactic domain of Guaraní, on the basis of a corpus of Guaraní-Jopara compiled in Formosa (Argentina). Guaraní-Jopara is a predominantly oral version of Guaraní that features great permeability to verb loans, despite the semantic and morphological restrictions that make this lexical category not easily transferrable from one language to another. Through the analysis and description of the lexical-semantic properties of predicates formed with the Spanish verb roots entender and gustar, the article explains the differences found between the thematic structure and the argumentative structures in their interaction with the active/inactive and hierarchical alignment system that determines grammatical relations in Guaraní.]]></p></abstract>

O guarani jopará é uma variedade com preeminência oral do guarani e manifesta uma grande permeabilidade ao empréstimo de verbos, apesar das restrições semânticas e morfológicas que fazem com que esta categoria léxica não seja facilmente transferível de uma língua para outra.
