El objetivo de este trabajo es revisar diversos aspectos relacionados con el concepto de sostenibilidad desde la visión te órica, con aplicación empresarial, donde surgen temas como &#8220;green marketing&#8221; para la forma de comercializar los productos, el área de operaciones con el concepto &#8220;sostenibilidad de las cadenas de suministro&#8221;, el área de recursos humanos, donde se crea el concepto &#8220;administración sostenible de recursos humanos&#8221;, con la finalidad de fortalecer la cultura empresarial en los principios de sostenibilidad y por último en el área financiera en donde se considera el concepto de &#8220;finanzas sostenibles&#8221;. A lo largo de este trabajo se pueden identificar los principales hallazgos del tema en cada una de las áreas de negocios y sus principales implicaciones, para poder generar una consciencia sobre la trascendencia que tiene en la actualidad el uso adecuado y responsable de los diferentes aspectos de la sostenibilidad tanto en el ambiente empresarial, como académico y social.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Nowadays, the term &#8220;sustainability&#8221; is very helpful in all areas of daily life, especially when it comes to sustainable processes, sustainable business and sustainable management. This work aims to look at various topics related to the concept of sustainability from the theoretical perspective, with business application, where topics like &#8220;green marketing&#8221; come to light as the way of commercializing the products; the operations area, with the concept of &#8220;sustainability of supply chains;&#8221; the human resources area, where the concept of &#8220;sustainable management of human resources&#8221; is created, in order to strengthen the organizational culture in the values of sustainability; and lastly, the financial area, where it is considered to be the concept of &#8220;sustainable finance.&#8221; Throughout this work, it is possible to identify the main findings in the subject in each of the business areas and their main implications, in order to generate awareness about the great importance that the appropriate and responsible use of the different aspects of sustainability has nowadays, whether in business, academic or social environments.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Aujourd&#8217;hui, le terme «durabilité» est très pratique dans tous les domaines de la vie quotidienne, mais surtout en ce qui concerne les processus durables, les affaires durables, la gestion durable. L´objectif de cet article est d´analyser les différents aspects de la notion de durabilité à partir de la vision théorique, applicable à l&#8217;entreprise. Cela permet d´identifier plusieurs sujets tels que: le &#8220;marketing vert&#8221; pour la commercialisation des produits; la &#8220;durabilité des chaînes d&#8217;approvisionnement&#8221; dans le domaine opérationnel, &#8220;la gestion durable de ressources humaines&#8221; dans le domaine des ressources humaines, et finalement les &#8220;finances durables&#8221; dans le domaine des finances de l´organisation. Tout au long de cet article on peut identifier les principaux résultats pour chaque domaine d´affaires et ses principales implications, pour sensibiliser l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;utilisation appropriée et responsable des différents aspects de la durabilité dans l&#8217;environnement des affaires, ainsi que dans les aspects économique et sociale.]]></p></abstract>
