Esta investigación evalúa la formación de docentes que se da en una experiencia de gamificación, a partir de las percepciones que tienen los estudiantes de un juego de rol. Han participado sesenta y nueve estudiantes del cuarto semestre de licenciatura en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte. El análisis de la información se ha realizado mediante metodologías cualitativas que se han apoyado en el software NVivo10. La investigación observa que los estudiantes se muestran muy satisfechos con sus aprendizajes y valoran especialmente la mejora de sus competencias relacionadas con el saber ser como personas individuales y sociales. Se destaca, asimismo, la importancia que dan al juego como factor de motivación para el aprendizaje y la alta transferencia de lo aprendido a sus futuras prácticas profesionales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The concept of gamification has become ingrained as a component of the revitalization of business groups. However, it is not ingrained as much in the education field as a teaching methodology. This research evaluates the training of teachers that occurs in a gamification experience, based on the students' perceptions of a role play. Sixty nine students coursing fourth semester of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences took part of the study. The analysis of the information was made using qualitative methodologies supported by the NVivo10 software. The research notes that students are very satisfied with their learning and especially value the improvement of their skills related to knowing how to be individual and social people. We also highlight the importance they give to the game as a motivating factor for learning and the high transfer of what they learnt to their future professional practices.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O conceito de gamificação está se enraizando como componente da dinamização de turmas empresariais; no entanto, encontra-se pouco arraigado no campo da educação como metodologia de ensino. Esta pesquisa avalia a formação de docentes dada em uma experiência de gamificação, a partir das percepções que os estudantes têm de um jogo de interpretação de papeis. Participaram sessenta e nove estudantes de quarto semestre de licenciatura em Ciências da Atividade Física e Esporte. A análise da informação foi realizada mediante metodologias qualitativas apoiadas em software NVivo10. A pesquisa observa que os estudantes aparecem muito satisfeitos com as suas aprendizagens e valoram especialmente o aprimoramento das competências relacionadas com o saber ser como pessoas individuais e sociais. Salienta-se, mesmo assim, a importância que eles dão ao jogo como fator de motivação para a aprendizagem e a alta transferência do apreendido para suas futuras práticas profissionais.]]></p></abstract>
