Es notorio que en la mayoría de las profesiones, a los estudiantes no se les entregan herramientas que les facilitan utilizar el enfoque cualitativo como parte indispensable de su formación. Se exige en multiplicidad de oportunidades que se basen en paradigmas cuantitativos, como principal o única forma de investigación, cuando otro enfoque que se debe plantear es el cualitativo. El propósito de este artículo es revisar una serie de conceptos, aproximarlos a una instancia educativa dentro de las ciencias de la salud, y reflexionar acerca de lo cualitativo como aspecto indisoluble de ese nuevo profesional.]]></p></abstract>

Es notorio que en la mayor&iacute;a de las profesiones, a los estudiantes no se les entregan herramientas que les facilitan utilizar el enfoque cualitativo como parte indispensable de su formaci&oacute;n. <body><![CDATA[<p><font size="3"><b>Abstract</b></font></p>     <p>Health sciences demands from its students a series of disciplinary competences and investigative approach for their adecuate formation. Nevertheless such cuantitative model is not the only way to research provided that the qualitative one is equally relevant. The purpose of this paper is both to review the concepts involved in health science education as well as reflect on this essential feature regarding the new professionals.</p>     <p><b>Key words:</b> Qualitative research, health sciences, research paradigms.</p> <hr/> &quot;Algunas personas se dedican a la ciencia pero no todas lo hacen por amor a la ciencia misma&quot;. Albert Einstein      <p><font size="3"><b>INTRODUCCI&Oacute;N</b></font></p>     <p>La ense&ntilde;anza en ciencias de la salud, desde el punto de vista reduccionista de la cultura investigativa cuantitativa, produce a nivel de los estudiantes, y aun de los mismos profesionales ya graduados y en ejercicio, una limitada capacidad para enfocar al ser humano de una forma integral, en su relaci&oacute;n con lo social, en su verdadero contexto, en su totalidad de masa, corporalidad, y a la vez aspectos como sensaciones, ideas y emociones (<a href="#1">1</a>, <a href="#2">2</a>).</p>     <p>La visi&oacute;n disciplinar de cada ciencia tiene su exigencia profesionalizante fr&iacute;a y distante, aunado a la obligaci&oacute;n de abstraerse de la situaci&oacute;n humana de su paciente, instituci&oacute;n o sociedad, lo cual produce una camada muy rica de m&eacute;dicos, odont&oacute;logos, enfermeros, muy expertos en sus saberes, pero con una pobreza emocional y una deficiente conceptualizaci&oacute;n para analizar un problema fuera de la mirada del positivismo, que podemos considerar como el enfoque en el que los profesionales en ciencias de la salud son formados o &quot;deformados&quot; (<a href="#3">3</a>, <a href="#4">4</a>).</p>     <p>Perdieron la capacidad de vibrar con emociones, la posibilidad de disfrutar fuera de miligramos, moles, decilitros. No son capaces de reaccionar ante la belleza y ante lo est&eacute;tico, por la invisible y velada acci&oacute;n que lenta pero inexorablemente el paradigma cuantitativo les leg&oacute;, cual herencia imposible de rehusar a lo largo del tr&aacute;nsito por la Universidad. La formaci&oacute;n mental e intelectual castrante solo alcanz&oacute; para llenar las neuronas de datos, saberes basados en resoluci&oacute;n de problemas, decisiones basadas en evidencias cient&iacute;ficas y muy poco de sensibilidad art&iacute;stica, casi nada de expresiones pl&aacute;sticas y cerramiento total de sentimientos por las bellas artes o por la humanidad en s&iacute; misma desde su concepci&oacute;n cualitativa (<a href="#5">5</a>, <a href="#6">6</a>).</p>      <p><font size="3"><b>LA INVESTIGACI&Oacute;N EN CIENCIAS DE LA SALUD</b></font></p>     <p>Para el cient&iacute;fico, el investigador, el modelo a seguir -de una manera conductista o dentro de un paradigma positivista, es el que resuelve los problemas m&eacute;dicos, el que encuadra mejor las formulaciones, aquel que en menor tiempo coloca una excelente obturaci&oacute;n dentro de un diente y a la vez tiene la capacidad mental de regirse por unos par&aacute;metros que le permiten obtener resultados palpables, los que de una forma sistem&aacute;tica siempre van a corroborar o a negar una hip&oacute;tesis; la evidencia pesa mucho m&aacute;s que otros aspectos no contrastables. A ese profesional le est&aacute; negado de manera metodol&oacute;gica el aceptar una emoci&oacute;n; eso puede influir en su visi&oacute;n cient&iacute;fica. No es recomendable comentar las emociones, las sensaciones que vivieron durante su experiencia investigativa; eso est&aacute; mal visto por las ciencias duras y puede ser tomado como un sesgo o como una clara inclinaci&oacute;n por par&aacute;metros no r&iacute;gidos, poco claros y nada profesionales. Debe mantener distancia con lo investigado, no es aceptable que procure una visi&oacute;n interna de las situaciones, debe crear ambientes investigativos de rigidez, de manipulaci&oacute;n de variables (<a href="#7">7</a>, <a href="#8">8)</a>.</p>     <p>Es innegable la limitaci&oacute;n de las posibilidades m&uacute;ltiples y maravillosas para abrir la mente de esos educandos en ciencias de la salud; la disminuci&oacute;n de su capacidad de reflexi&oacute;n, de inferencia acerca de lo que va a producir o a demostrar; es que es muy f&aacute;cil atrofiar la mirada social, humana y personal de cada evento, de cada acto educativo, investigativo o, inclusive, interventivo a nivel de hospitales, consultorios y dem&aacute;s. Existe un postulado que plantea que &quot;El hombre moderno (hombre y mujer) cada d&iacute;a se aleja m&aacute;s de lo natural; esto se observa de forma evidente en estos tiempos de cientificidad y sofisticada tecnolog&iacute;a, tanto a nivel de la sociedad industrial como en la vida cotidiana. Se dice incluso que la tentaci&oacute;n moderna es en el fondo ser como Dios6quot; (<a href="#9">9</a> - <a href="#11">11</a>).</p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p>La ciencia versus el hombre parece ser el espacio habitual donde se forman o deforman los discentes que pertenecen a facultades de ciencias de la salud como las mencionadas, es por ello que la importancia de lo humano, la capacidad de sentir en doble direcci&oacute;n est&aacute; siendo de una manera sistem&aacute;tica eliminada, obviada, o existe una alta tendencia a evitarse. Todo eso bajo el preconcepto de estar moldeando a un verdadero cient&iacute;fico, a un profesional experto en la soluci&oacute;n de problemas disciplinares, pero con una gran debilidad o, inclusive, falta de credibilidad al intentar desde una visi&oacute;n cuantitativa, dar soluciones a eventos o circunstancias cualitativos, sociales, humanistas. Esa posibilidad real y palpable dentro de las facultades o escuelas es la que se debe evitar para que el pensamiento y capacidad de los estudiantes tenga una mayor opci&oacute;n dentro de sus procesos formativos en investigaci&oacute;n; que no crean tener todo organizado, indagado, explorado, con el uso de un solo esquema o paradigma de investigaci&oacute;n (<a href="#12">12</a> - <a href="#14">14</a>).</p>     <p>El organicismo o pragmatizaci&oacute;n de los estudiantes en las ciencias de la salud actual, no debe ser aceptado como el &uacute;nico enfoque en el que transiten los mejores elementos humanos en cada una de las profesiones de la rama de la salud. El desempe&ntilde;o profesionalizante no es en s&iacute; mismo toda la profesi&oacute;n. No debe ser solo la adquisici&oacute;n de competencias espec&iacute;ficas de una profesi&oacute;n lo que motive a esos proyectos de vida. Por tal motivo, la investigaci&oacute;n cuantitativa positivista no debe ser descontextualizada como &uacute;nico esquema educativo e investigativo por s&iacute; mismos, de manera que se puedan tener valores, y de alta calidad, con miradas y pensamientos m&uacute;ltiples. Dentro de la Universidad tenemos a diario m&uacute;ltiples ejemplos de la falta de emoci&oacute;n, de ausencia de est&iacute;mulo en continuar tal o cual carrera por su misma abulia o apat&iacute;a, por eliminar cualquier vestigio de humanismo dentro de los procesos educativos o en cualquier proceso de formaci&oacute;n en investigaci&oacute;n cuantitativa, aunque a veces se prefiera entender &uacute;nica y exclusivamente como la capacidad que tiene la especie de trascender a pesar de la gen&eacute;tica y los contextos sociales y culturales que limitan la <b>&quot;humanidad&quot;</b> (<a href="#15">15</a>, <a href="#17">17</a>).</p>      <p><font size="3"><b>EXPANDIENDO HORIZONTES</b></font></p>     <p>LaGrasso et al. (<a href="#18">18</a>) plantean que la educaci&oacute;n cient&iacute;fica debe fomentar en los estudiantes la exploraci&oacute;n de su creatividad personal. &quot;La gente piensa a menudo que la ciencia es una disciplina eminentemente l&oacute;gica; a trav&eacute;s de la observaci&oacute;n, la deducci&oacute;n y el ensayo, los investigadores olvidan sus creencias personales y sus concepciones previas, para alcanzar una comprensi&oacute;n objetiva del mundo&quot;. No debe ser la simple visi&oacute;n de lo que se pretende ayudar a formar. No se debe ser reduccionista o inclusive simplista. La misma ciencia le debe plantear retos y situaciones de an&aacute;lisis y reflexiones a los alumnos. Pero para poder ver m&aacute;s all&aacute; de las sombras reflejadas en las paredes de una caverna, deben tener tutores, gu&iacute;as y seres humanos que les brinden otra oportunidad. De lo contrario, seguiremos teniendo los mismos excelentes profesionales, pero con una franca ausencia de percepci&oacute;n est&eacute;tica, humana y social (<a href="#19">19</a> - <a href="#22">22</a>).</p>     <p>Todas las investigaciones que se proyectan desde las ciencias sociales ofrecen percepciones particulares, maneras de mirar el mundo social, las cuales permiten o propician la construcci&oacute;n de estrategias sistem&aacute;ticas y disciplinadas para tratar de entender los aspectos de ese enfoque. En el caso de la visi&oacute;n cualitativa o las investigaciones cualitativas, su principal caracter&iacute;stica es el inter&eacute;s por captar la realidad social a trav&eacute;s de los ojos de la gente que est&aacute; siendo estudiada o analizada. Es decir, a partir de la percepci&oacute;n que tiene el sujeto de su propio contexto. En esta &oacute;ptica no se pretende demostrar una teor&iacute;a, no se pretende combatir una propuesta, se trata de mirar desde los ojos del otro, algo as&iacute; como ponerse en los zapatos de la persona o comunidad que est&aacute; al frente para poder construir de una forma natural su propia realidad, su propia teor&iacute;a o su propia propuesta. No se aspira a llegar m&aacute;s all&aacute; de lo que puede dar o hacer cada uno de los sujetos, siempre viviendo el entorno y emociones, sin maniatarlas, sin detenerlas o sin esconderlas, interactuando como parte de la situaci&oacute;n, no siendo un espectador fr&iacute;o, alejado, distante. Es decir, el proceso investigativo cualitativo no es simplemente un distracci&oacute;n investigativa. No es una mirada desordenada y poco estructurada de la capacidad de interpretar o de construir nuevas teor&iacute;as o explorar nuevos aspectos m&aacute;s all&aacute; de lo cotidiano (<a href="#23">23</a> - <a href="#27">27</a>).</p>     <p>Los investigadores y el personal de ciencias de la salud que usan el m&eacute;todo cualitativo buscan, desde una posici&oacute;n de responsabilidad con su sociedad, con su profesi&oacute;n y con las mismas personas que investigan, entender una situaci&oacute;n social como un todo, teniendo en cuenta sus propiedades y su din&aacute;mica. El m&eacute;todo cualitativo se orienta a profundizar en algunos casos espec&iacute;ficos y no a generalizar con base en grandes vol&uacute;menes de datos. Su preocupaci&oacute;n no es prioritariamente medir, sino describir textualmente y analizar el fen&oacute;meno social a partir de sus rasgos determinantes, seg&uacute;n sean percibidos por los miembros de la situaci&oacute;n estudiada. Proponiendo y no solo comprobando hip&oacute;tesis ya establecidas antes de iniciar el proceso investigativo. Es explorar, partiendo de la base que el fen&oacute;meno o situaci&oacute;n que se va a analizar no se conoce del todo antes de estudiarlo. Implica que se debe esperar de manera organizada hasta que culmine el proyecto de investigaci&oacute;n, para pretender establecer no leyes generales, sino una interpretaci&oacute;n cient&iacute;fica, etnogr&aacute;fica o de acci&oacute;n participaci&oacute;n sobre lo investigado. Nada se conoce sino hasta el final (<a href="#28">28</a> - <a href="#31">31</a>).</p>      <p><font size="3"><b>REFLEXIONES FINALES DE LO CUALITATIVO</b></font></p>     <p>Bajo ning&uacute;n precepto se pretende establecer cu&aacute;l enfoque es mejor y cu&aacute;l es peor. No se trata de establecer que un m&eacute;todo es mejor que otro. Porque eso mismo ser&iacute;a lo que hacen los investigadores cuantitativos, cerrando puertas a otras posturas e ideolog&iacute;as. Debemos recordar que no son solo diferentes, sino que por diferentes concepciones epistemol&oacute;gicas es simplemente deseable buscar una mirada hol&iacute;stica a las expectativas de cada evento social, humano y de interacci&oacute;n. Trascendiendo de lo cognitivo hasta un enfoque que le facilite a un profesional en entrenamiento, o a un profesional ya formado en las ciencias de la salud, aportar algo diferente a lo medible, pesable, cuantificable, etc. No todos los actos humanos encajan dentro de este paradigma, al entender ese concepto tan utilizado o de f&aacute;cil apropiaci&oacute;n; si se mira como un conjunto b&aacute;sico de creencias que gu&iacute;a la acci&oacute;n, tanto de la vida cotidiana como la acci&oacute;n relacionada con la investigaci&oacute;n cient&iacute;fica, es de sencilla aplicaci&oacute;n dentro de cualquier espacio donde se mueva la investigaci&oacute;n en las ciencias de la salud (<a href="#32">32</a> - <a href="#35">35</a>).</p>     <p>Una condici&oacute;n indispensable para la concepci&oacute;n filos&oacute;fica de este enfoque cualitativo, es aquel que se refiere al mismo investigador, al ser humano que se forma, que va en busca de una realidad y se convierte en el instrumento principal de recolecci&oacute;n y an&aacute;lisis de datos. Esto conlleva a que se le adscriban o exijan una serie de caracter&iacute;sticas, entre esas, la de ser flexible, porque as&iacute; lo requiere el car&aacute;cter inductivo de la metodolog&iacute;a propuesta (<a href="#36">36</a>, <a href="#37">37</a>). Debe considerar su conocimiento y conceptualizaci&oacute;n previa del objeto de estudio como preliminar, para sobrepasarla y transformarla con nuevas informaciones no congruentes. Asimismo, se le exige ver el escenario y a las personas que va a investigar en forma hol&iacute;stica, es decir, no debe reducir a las personas y fen&oacute;menos estudiados solo a variables, sino considerarlos como un todo y especialmente tratar de comprenderlas dentro del marco de referencias de ellas mismas (<a href="#38">38</a>, <a href="#39">39</a>). En pocas palabras, el investigador requerir&aacute; de sensibilidad te&oacute;rica y social, es decir, de la habilidad para mantener una distancia anal&iacute;tica, pero con sentido social, para interpretar lo que ve o examina. Se considera que la persona que se va a iniciar en el enfoque cualitativo de la investigaci&oacute;n, se debe despojar de sus preconcepciones respecto a un tema que le asalte o visto de otra manera como una pregunta direccionadora que le conducir&aacute; de manera gradual, c&oacute;moda y con posibilidades de retomar o redefinir cuando el mismo proceso de investigaci&oacute;n as&iacute; lo plantee, sin rigidez ni estricta aplicaci&oacute;n de m&eacute;todos excluyentes (<a href="#40">40</a> - <a href="#42">42</a>).</p>     <p>Es deseable que ese investigador le abra espacio en su pensar y en su sentir a las emociones que le deben estimular a cumplir un papel fundamentalmente participativo, al dejar de lado la estricta posici&oacute;n de sujeto- objeto, para adquirir una postura de interacci&oacute;n que podemos establecer como sujeto-sujeto sin orden jer&aacute;rquico. Esto le permite ampliar su visi&oacute;n, y con la certeza que su paso por un nuevo proceso investigativo, social y humano, le va a modificar en muchos aspectos la misma existencia (<a href="#43">43</a>, <a href="#44">44</a>).</p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p>En la concepci&oacute;n de la ciencia existen aspectos que invitan a reflexionar sobre la visi&oacute;n integral de lo que es el ser humano en esencia: pensamiento y sensibilidad; pensar y sentir, de tal manera que se debe propender por el desarrollo de la conciencia en la formaci&oacute;n,el desarrollo humano y su relaci&oacute;n con la educaci&oacute;n y la investigaci&oacute;n (<a href="#45">45</a>, <a href="#46">46</a>). La conceptualizaci&oacute;n de los educandos y su relaci&oacute;n con los procesos investigativos, seg&uacute;n Seibold et al. (<a href="#47">47</a>), les debe llevar a exigir de sus maestros y tutores una mirada renovadora, un nuevo aire refrescante que le d&eacute; al menos a conocer que existe un mundo nuevo, una percepci&oacute;n humana de car&aacute;cter integrador que le facilite a cada uno de ellos conocerse de manera interna para luego, desde esa introspecci&oacute;n individual, iniciar el conocimiento de lo que los rodea y donde conviven. Se hace una tarea inaplazable para este milenio (<a href="#48">48</a> - <a href="#50">50</a>).</p>     <p>Singer expres&oacute; que &quot;Jam&aacute;s hab&iacute;a hablado de asuntos personales, tales como mis emociones al hacer una investigaci&oacute;n&quot;. &iquest;Cu&aacute;ntos cient&iacute;ficos o investigadores podr&iacute;an decir lo mismo? &iquest;Cuantos cient&iacute;ficos tendr&iacute;an el valor de hacerlo? &iquest;Cuantos m&aacute;s confunden la admirable tradici&oacute;n de parquedad y cuidadosa supresi&oacute;n de toda exageraci&oacute;n, con la tendencia &quot;machista&quot; de adoptar una actitud imperturbable para encubrir lo que sienten al hacer ciencia? (<a href="#51">51</a>).</p>     <p><font size="3"><b>ESTADO DE DIVERSAS INVESTIGACIONES EN CIENCIAS DE LA SALUD BASADAS EN EL PARADIGMA CUALITATIVO</b></font></p>     <p>Para esta revisi&oacute;n, se realiz&oacute; una b&uacute;squeda en la base de dato PUBMED. Se utilizaron como limitadores las palabras claves &quot;qualitative research&quot; y &quot;health sciences&quot;, y se us&oacute; como ventana de observaci&oacute;n los &uacute;ltimos 5 a&ntilde;os, en idiomas ingl&eacute;s y en espa&ntilde;ol, lo cual permiti&oacute; la posibilidad de obtener textos completos como otro limitador de la b&uacute;squeda, lo que produjo inicialmente un resultado de 893 art&iacute;culos. Al agregar otro limitador de palabra clave como &quot;education&quot;, el n&uacute;mero de resultados disminuy&oacute; dram&aacute;ticamente a la cantidad de 275, cifra considerada baja de acuerdo con las opciones de publicaciones que tiene PUBMED, el n&uacute;mero de journals o revistas que alberga y la calidad que demuestra esta base de datos. Pero la riqueza tem&aacute;tica que se describe y se encuentra en las publicaciones citadas es de una variedad y amplitud, que es muy dif&iacute;cil no poder encajar, desde un punto de vista investigativo, en al menos uno de los t&oacute;picos, ideas o construcciones sobre las cuales est&aacute; girando la investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa en las ciencias de la salud a nivel mundial.</p>     <p>Dentro de las tem&aacute;ticas agrupadas por categor&iacute;as, se pueden citar muchas, tales como: la concepci&oacute;n de promoci&oacute;n de salud en estudiantes de enfermer&iacute;a; la promoci&oacute;n de salud mental en viudas; la concepci&oacute;n de los m&eacute;dicos generales sobre s&iacute;ntomas m&eacute;dicos inexplicables; el control gen&eacute;rico y operacional del control de tuberculosis; los grupos de apoyo y soporte de pacientes diab&eacute;ticos por mensajes de chat o los cambios en los cuidados de pacientes diab&eacute;ticos; la elecci&oacute;n de carreras m&eacute;dicas en &aacute;reas rurales; los m&eacute;todos de investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa en salud; la investigaci&oacute;n cl&iacute;nica para empoderamiento de pacientes con fallas card&iacute;acas; las necesidades de pacientes con c&aacute;ncer, o los profesionales de salud que intervienen en pacientes con c&aacute;ncer; las concepciones &eacute;tnicas en pacientes y su forma de mirar la salud; diversas revisiones de vida en adultos mayores; la medicina alternativa complementaria en pacientes de diversas patolog&iacute;as; los pacientes con asma y su calidad de vida; las habilidades de interrogaci&oacute;n en instructores cl&iacute;nicos; las actitudes de pacientes sobre el registro de sus cuidados de salud; las necesidades de estudiantes de medicina en diversos pa&iacute;ses, los retos en aspectos nutricionales de pacientes; las habilidades de estudiantes m&eacute;dicos y tutor&iacute;as por estudiantes m&aacute;s avanzados; el sobrediagn&oacute;stico de malaria; o el uso del Internet como ayuda en la salud; el respeto por la autonom&iacute;a de los pacientes y de profesionales en salud; las experiencias sexuales en escuelas; los factores que intervienen en enfermedades cardiovasculares; la colaboraci&oacute;n m&eacute;dico -enfermera en la salud poblacional; los cuidados y necesidades en ni&ntilde;os con Sida; las concepciones de estudiantes en fisiolog&iacute;a m&eacute;dica; la relaci&oacute;n entre estudiantes de medicina y m&eacute;dicos graduados; los diversos contextos culturales y sociales en las enfermedades; la percepci&oacute;n de enfermedades orales por los pacientes; el uso de investigaci&oacute;n formativa para los diferentes aspectos de vacunaci&oacute;n. Tal como se expresa al principio del p&aacute;rrafo, no existe una sola idea direccionadora, no se tiene una intenci&oacute;n exclusiva en investigaciones relacionadas entre ciencias de la salud y la investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa. Lo que conduce a docentes, investigadores y estudiantes, a una apertura mental, de actitud y de estilo de cara a la realidad que implica realizar o incluir a la investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa dentro de las ciencias de la salud (<a href="#52">52</a> - <a href="#75">75</a>).</p>     <p><font size="3"><b>CONCLUSIONES</b></font></p>     <p>No se debe dejar que los estudiantes crean que la ciencia es inhumana, aburrida y despersonalizada. De hecho, gracias a la ciencia muchas dudas, interrogantes y aspectos positivos se han resuelto, solucionado o actualizado. Ning&uacute;n m&eacute;todo de investigaci&oacute;n va a remplazar al otro. Es indispensable que se abran espacios en las escuela de las ciencias de la salud para investigaciones cualitativas. La idea principal de este an&aacute;lisis es proponer nuevas opciones, revolucionarias miradas, y maximizar con amplitud los deseos de explorar el paradigma cualitativo dentro de las ciencias de la salud, de tal manera que el profesional m&eacute;dico no cierre su mente a esquemas &uacute;nicos.</p>     <p>Existen situaciones espec&iacute;ficas que ameritan dentro de las ciencias, el abordaje, manejo e interpretaci&oacute;n desde enfoques o paradigmas cualitativos. No siempre se pueden manejar dudas, interrogantes sociales o human&iacute;sticos con visiones particularistas, enfoques positivistas que encasillan a los educandos en principios y fines, que les niegan aspectos u oportunidades a la investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa, a la elevaci&oacute;n de la cultura investigativa a dimensiones reales, que le permiten a esos estudiantes tener la opci&oacute;n de explorar cualquier paradigma o enfoque con la misma calidad investigativa que exige el mundo actual.</p>     <p>Los docentes deben ampliar y facilitar el tr&aacute;nsito de sus estudiantes a nuevos paradigmas investigativos, para formarlos de una manera mucho m&aacute;s completa e incluyente. No hay que tener temor por lo cualitativo ni las concepciones investigativas cualitativas, las bellas artes y la plasticidad dentro de las ciencias de la salud.</p>     <p>Es inaplazable la necesidad de efectuar un mayor acercamiento de los miembros de las ciencias de la salud a la investigaci&oacute;n cualitativa, as&iacute; como tambi&eacute;n se hace necesaria la publicaci&oacute;n de forma sistem&aacute;tica de mayores y numerosos estudios basados en este paradigma investigativo.</p>      ]]></body>
