Por esta razón, se presenta un modelo para el desarrollo de proyectos de innovación en tecnología dirigido a este campo, integrando buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos desde el análisis y el desarrollo de productos, modelos y estándares internacionales de la ingeniería para su aplicación en futuros proyectos. El modelo construido se aplicó al diseño de un banco de pruebas digital para las pruebas caza fallas de la GCU -Generator Control Unit- de las aeronaves Beechcraft King, en las que se analizó su aplicación en cada una de las fases del desarrollo del proyecto y el resultado final respecto a tiempos, costos y alcance. Como resultado fue posible determinar que el modelo contribuyó a la correcta gestión en cada fase del proyecto y aseguró un cumplimiento adecuado del tiempo y los procedimientos técnicos y de calidad, en comparación con otro proyecto ejecutado sin el uso del modelo. La evaluación del modelo permitió verificar también la innovación del producto que para este caso fue de enfoque estructural, por lo que se puede considerar como modelo integrado IIP -Integrate, Innovation, Process-, lo que permite la generación de nuevo conocimiento y de nuevos modelos de negocio en fases posteriores de maduración y futura comercialización.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract For some time now, the Colombian National Army Aviation School has been developing technology innovation projects without management models that respond to the characteristics of the products and the needs of the aeronautical industry. For this reason, this document presents a model for the development of technology innovation projects focused on this field, integrating good project management practices from the analysis and development of products, models, and international engineering standards for their application in future projects. This model was applied to the design of a digital test bench for the Generator Control Unit (GCU) troubleshooting tests on the Beechcraft King aircraft, where we analyzed its application in each phase of development of the project and the final result regarding time, costs, and scope. As a result, it was possible to determine that the model contributed to the correct management of the project in each phase, and ensured adequate compliance with time, and technical and quality procedures, compared to another project executed without the use of the model. The evaluation of the model also made it possible to verify the innovation of the product, which in this case had a structural approach, so it can be considered an IIP (Integrate, Innovation, Process) integrated model, allowing the generation of new knowledge and new business models in later phases of maturation and future commercialization.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A Escola de Aviação do Exército Nacional da Colômbia vem desenvolvendo há algum tempo, projetos de inovação em tecnologia sem modelos de gestão que atendam às características dos produtos e às necessidades da indústria aeronáutica. Por esse motivo, é apresentado um modelo para o desenvolvimento de projetos de inovação tecnológica voltados para esta área, integrando boas práticas de gestão de projetos a partir da análise e desenvolvimento de produtos, modelos e padrões internacionais de engenharia para a sua aplicação em projetos futuros. O modelo construído foi aplicado ao desenho de um banco de provas digital para o GCU -Generator Control Unit- das aeronaves Beechcraft King, nas quais sua aplicação foi analisada em cada uma das fases de desenvolvimento do projeto e o resultado final foi sobre os tempos, custo e escopo. Como resultado, foi possível constatar que o modelo contribuiu para o correto gerenciamento em cada fase do projeto e garantiu o cumprimento adequado dos prazos e procedimentos técnicos e de qualidade, em comparação com outro projeto executado sem a utilização do modelo. A avaliação do modelo permitiu também verificar a inovação do produto, que para este caso foi de abordagem estrutural, e pode ser considerado como um modelo IIP integrado -Integrar, Inovação, Processo-, que permite a geração de novos conhecimentos e novos modelos de negócios em estágios posteriores de maturação e futura comercialização.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé L'École d'aviation de l'armée nationale de Colombie développe des projets d'innovation technologique, sans modèles de gestion, répondant aux caractéristiques des produits et aux besoins de l'industrie aéronautique. Cette étude tentera de répondre à cette problématique en présentant un modèle de gestion pour développer de futurs projets d&#8217;innovation technologique dans ce domaine et intégrer de bonnes pratiques de gestion sur la base de l'analyse et du développement de produits, de modèles et de normes agrées en ingénierie internationale. Ce nouveau modèle de gestion a été utilisé lors de la conception d'un banc d'essai numérique pour des tests GCU (Generator Control Unit) afin de rechercher des pannes sur des avions Beechcraft King. L&#8217;application du modèle a été analysée lors de différentes phases de développement du projet ainsi que sur le résultat final en termes de temps, coût et bénéfices. Il a été possible de déterminer que ce modèle a contribué à la bonne gestion de chaque phase du projet et a permis de respecter les délais et procédures techniques et de qualité. L'évaluation du modèle de gestion a également permis de vérifier l'innovation du produit - ici une approche structurelle - et peut donc être considéré comme un modèle IIP (Integrated Innovation Process) permettant la création de nouvelles connaissances et de nouveaux modèles d'entreprise en stade de maturité avancé ou de pré-commercialisation.]]></p></abstract>
