Objetivo: Evaluar la confiabilidad del test de marcha de 2 minutos en personas sanas con edades entre los 18 y los 69 años.  Metodología: Evaluación psicométrica de la reproducibilidad test-retest e intra e inter-evaluadores y nivel de acuerdo del test de marcha estacionaria de 2 minutos en personas sanas de ambos sexos, en edades entre 18 y 69 años, con un intervalo de 7 días. Se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación intraclase (CCI) y límites de acuerdo de Bland-Altman.  Resultados: La muestra del estudio incluyó a 101 participantes, predominantemente hombres, de estrato socioeconómico medio, físicamente activos y con sobrepeso. El test de marcha de 2 minutos demostró una excelente confiabilidad, tanto en la evaluación test-re test (ICC &#8805; 0,97) como entre evaluadores (ICC &#8805; 0,97). Los límites de acuerdo inferior y superior fueron -26,26 y 19,88, respectivamente, con un 7% de los valores fuera del intervalo de confianza del 95%.  Conclusión: El test de marcha de 2 minutos es una medida confiable para evaluar la capacidad aeróbica en personas sanas, tanto en diferentes momentos como entre distintos examinadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction: Functional tests are important clinical instruments, because they are non-invasive methods, easy to apply, low cost, and require the study of their psychometric properties.  Objective. To evaluate the consistency of the 2-minute walk test in healthy people aged 18 to 69 years.  Methodology: Psychometric evaluation of test-retest and intra- and inter-rater reproducibility and level of agreement of the 2-minute stationary walking test in healthy individuals of both sexes, aged 18 to 69 years, with a 7-day interval. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland-Altman limits of agreement were used.  Results. The study sample included 101 participants, predominantly men from middle socioeconomic backgrounds, physically active, and overweight. The 2-minute walk test demonstrated excellent reliability, both in the test-retest (ICC &#8805; 0.97) and interrater (ICC &#8805; 0.97) assessments. The lower and upper limits of agreement were -26.26 and 19.88, respectively, with 7% of the values outside the 95% confidence interval.  Conclusion. The 2-minute stationary walk test is a reliable measure to measure the aerobic capacity of apparently healthy individuals, considering different times and examiners.]]></p></abstract>
