In this sense, some barriers have been identified both in practice and in the literature that minimize the development of mobile applications with this technology, mainly at the levels of elementary school and high school; one of them is 3D modeling, which may take longer and, at the same time, become a challenging process at that educational level. To address this concern, we have designed a method aimed at users with low digital knowledge, and it is complemented with a series of recommendations that allow the use of the photogrammetry technique to generate three-dimensional models in an easy, affordable, and low-cost way. To validate the method, a co-creation team of teachers and tenth-grade students was created and given the task of building 3D objects for three mobile applications developed around different subjects. Subsequently, the evaluation was carried out from two perspectives: a) the co-creation group analyzed the quality of each of the objects generated, b) the applications were evaluated by a group of experts on the subject, taking into account their performance according to usability heuristics. It was a case study where the students also participated in the evaluation of an application. When following the proposed method, the quality and results of the applications evidenced a promising future for developments in the educational field, even for other levels of study.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La realidad aumentada (RA) es una tecnología emergente, se ha destacado por apoyar el proceso educativo en distintos niveles, complementado y potenciado con el incremento del uso de dispositivos móviles en la actualidad. En ese sentido, se han identificado en la práctica y en la literatura, algunas barreras que minimizan el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles con esta tecnología, principalmente en los niveles de básica primaria y secundaria, una de ellas es el modelado 3D, el cual puede demandar mayor tiempo y a la vez convertirse en un trabajo desafiante en ese nivel educativo. Para abordar esta preocupación, se ha diseñado un método orientado a usuarios con bajos conocimientos digitales, complementado con una serie de recomendaciones que permiten hacer uso de la técnica de fotogrametría para generar modelos tridimensionales de forma fácil, asequible y de bajo costo, para validar el método se ha creado un equipo de co-creación de profesores y estudiantes de grado décimo de bachiller, encargados de construir los objetos 3D para tres aplicaciones móviles desarrolladas en diferentes temáticas, a su vez, la evaluación se realizó desde dos perspectivas, primero el grupo de co-creación analiza la calidad de cada uno de los objetos generados, en una segunda instancia, las aplicaciones fueron evaluadas por un grupo de expertos en el tema, teniendo en cuenta su funcionamiento según heurísticas de usabilidad. En un caso de estudio, los estudiantes a su vez, también participaron en la evaluación de una aplicación. Los resultados de calidad y acoplamiento en cada uno de los desarrollos, han demostrado ser prometedores para futuros desarrollos en el campo educativo, incluso para otros niveles siguiendo el método propuesto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A realidade aumentada (RA) é uma tecnologia emergente, tem se destacado por apoiar o processo educacional em diferentes níveis, complementada e potencializada pelo aumento do uso de dispositivos móveis na atualidade. Nesse sentido, foram identificadas algumas barreiras na prática e na literatura que minimizam o desenvolvimento de aplicativos móveis com essa tecnologia, principalmente nos níveis básico do ensino fundamental e médio, uma delas é a modelagem 3D, que pode demorar mais e no. Ao mesmo tempo, torne-se um trabalho desafiador nesse nível educacional. Para atender a essa preocupação, foi desenvolvido um método voltado para usuários com baixo conhecimento digital, complementado com uma série de recomendações que permitem a utilização da técnica de fotogrametria para gerar modelos tridimensionais de forma fácil, acessível e de baixo custo, para validar o método., formou-se uma equipe de cocriação de professores e alunos do décimo ano, encarregada de construir os objetos 3D para três aplicativos móveis desenvolvidos em diferentes temas. de cada um dos objetos gerados, em uma segunda instância, as aplicações foram avaliadas por um grupo de especialistas da área, levando em consideração seu desempenho de acordo com heurísticas de usabilidade. Em um estudo de caso, os alunos, por sua vez, também participaram da avaliação de um aplicativo. Os resultados de qualidade e acoplamento em cada um dos projetos têm se mostrado promissores para futuros desenvolvimentos na área educacional, mesmo para outros níveis seguindo a metodologia proposta.]]></p></abstract>
