A partir da instauração de uma gover-namentalidade neoliberal conservadora, a inclusão parece não se constituir mais como a rega máxima do neoliberalismo e a exclusão reaparece como uma das estratégias de governamento da população. O texto apresenta uma breve análise documental sobre o PL 3261/2015, projeto de lei em tramite no Brasil, que autoriza o ensino domiciliar na educação básica. Os argumentos apresentados sustentam que a exclusão é transformada num direito: o direito das famílias de optarem ou não pela educação domiciliar. Diante desse quadro, o princípio político do comum é pensado como uma estratégia de resistência ao neoliberalismo, possibilitando formas outras de ser e viver no mundo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En este artículo de investigación se sustenta el argumento de que vivimos, en el contexto brasileño actual, una reconfiguración de la inclusión como imperativo de Estado. A partir de la instauración de una gubernamentalidad neoliberal conservadora, la inclusión parece no constituirse más como regla máxima del neoliberalismo, y la exclusión reaparece como una de las estrategias del gobernamiento de la población. El texto presenta un breve análisis de documentos sobre el proyecto de ley, en trámite en Brasil, que autoriza la enseñanza en casa para la educación básica. Los argumentos usados presentan la exclusión transformada en un derecho: el de las familias de optar o no por la educación en casa. Frente a este cuadro, se argumenta que el principio político de lo común puede configurarse en una estrategia de resistencia al neoliberalismo posibilitando otras formas de ser y vivir en el mundo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The text supports the argument that we are living, in the current Brazilian context, a reconfiguration of inclusion as a state imperative. Since the establishment of a conservative neoliberal governmentality, inclusion no longer seems to constitute the ultimate rule of neoliberalism, and exclusion reappears as one of the strategies of the population's governorship. The text presents a brief discussion on the bill, in process in Brazil, that authorizes home schooling for basic education. The arguments used present the exclusion transformed into a right: the right of families to choose or not to choose education at home. Faced with this situation, it is argued that the political principle of the common can be configured in a strategy of resistance to neoliberalism, enabling other forms of being and living in the world.]]></p></abstract>
