A nivel metodológico, se consideran operaciones analíticas al estilo derrideano, pues desentrañan lo otro que está inadvertido en el fenómeno identitario. En principio, se introduce el estado de la discusión y se reconstruyen elementos históricos y epistémicos del concepto, reconociendo enfoques de análisis y tensionando perspectivas esencialistas y constructivistas. Luego, se hacen consideraciones deconstructivas sobre la identidad docente, desde su contingencia, dislocación, carácter político y dinámicas de exclusión, que terminan prefigurando un exterior constitutivo. Finalmente, se propone privilegiar el concepto de identificaciones docentes en razón de los recursos simbólicos con los que operan los maestros.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents some reflections on teacher identity as a category, proposing its resignification and reconceptualization according to the deconstructive perspectives developed by authors such as Judith Butler and Stuart Hall. On the methodological level, analytical operations are used in the Derridian style, unraveling the other that goes unnoticed in the identity phenomenon. In principle, the state of the discussion is introduced by the reconstruction of historical and epistemic elements of the concept, recognizing analytical approaches and emphasizing essentialist and constructivist perspectives. Then, deconstructive considerations are made about teacher identity, from its contingency, dislocation, political nature, and exclusion dynamics that end up prefiguring a constitutive exterior. It proposes to privilege the concept of teacher identifications due to the symbolic resources with which teachers operate.]]></p></abstract>

No plano metodológico, são consideradas operações analíticas ao estilo derridiano, desvendando o &#8220;outro&#8221; que passa despercebido no fenômeno identitário. Em princípio, apresenta-se o estado da discussão e reconstroem-se elementos históricos e epistêmicos do conceito, reconhecendo abordagens analíticas e enfatizando perspectivas essencialistas e construtivistas. Em seguida, são feitas considerações desconstrutivas sobre a identidade docente, a partir de sua contingência, deslocamento, natureza política e dinâmicas de exclusão que acabam prefigurando um exterior constitutivo. Finaliza-se propondo privilegiar o conceito de identificações docentes em função dos recursos simbólicos com os que os docentes operam.]]></p></abstract>
