Con tal propósito, se agruparon dichas afinidades en torno a seis categorías principales: teleología, epistemología, metodología, agente individual, organizaciones e instituciones. A la vista de los resultados, se concluye que, si bien estas contribuciones presentan un perfil teórico muy similar, también es posible identificar cierta discrepancia con respecto a la taxonomía mercados-redes-jerarquías. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this research is to demonstrate the fundamental agreement between economists and sociologists&#8217; theoretical contributions related to the net-work approach. In order to do so, contributions were grouped into six main categories: teleology, epistemology, methodology, individual agents, organizations, and institutions. Based on the results, it was concluded that, while these contributions have a very similar theoretical profile, it is possible to identify some discrepancies regarding the markets-networks-hierarchies taxonomy.
