Sin embargo, este tema ha sido poco estudiado para el caso de México. En este trabajo se analiza el impacto que ha tenido la difusión de la información y las transacciones realizadas mediante el gobierno electrónico a nivel estatal y en el Distrito Federal sobre el Índice Nacional de Corrupción y Buen Gobierno para el 2005 y el 2010. Los resultados indican que el impacto del gobierno electrónico ha sido significativo, pero modesto. Estos datos enriquecen la discusión sobre los cambios requeridos para aliviar este problema en el país.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: Several studies prove that e-government is a tool that facilitates transactions and the exchange of information digitally between the public administration and citizens, minimizing the probability of corrupt acts. However, this issue has been little studied for the case of Mexico. This paper analyzes the impact of the dissemination of information and transactions through e-government on the National Corruption and Good Governance Index for 2005-2010 at the State and the Federal District levels. Results indicate that the impact of e-government has been significant, but modest. These data enrich the discussion on the changes required to alleviate the problem of corruption in the country.]]></p></abstract>

Contudo, esse tema tem sido pouco estudado para o caso do México. Neste trabalho, analisa-se o impacto que a difusão da informação e as transações realizadas por meio do governo eletrônico têm no âmbito estatal e no Distrito Federal sobre o Índice Nacional de Corrupção e Bom Governo para o período entre 2005 e 2010. Os resultados indicam que o impacto do governo eletrônico tem sido significativo, mas modesto. Cependant, cette question a été peu étudiée dans le cas du Mexique. Cet article analyse l'impact de la diffusion de l'information et des transactions en ligne au niveau de l'État et dans le District Fédéral sur l'Indice national de la corruption et la bonne gouvernance pour les années 2005 et 2010. Les résultats indiquent que l'impact de l'administration en ligne a été important, mais modeste. Ces données viennent enrichir la discussion sur les changements nécessaires pour atténuer ce problème dans le pays.]]></p></abstract>
