Por dicha razón, el objetivo del estudio de este trabajo es validar una escala de medición de las dimensiones que integran al proceso del ES: innovativeness, el manejo de riesgos y la proactividad, que ha sido construida a partir de la literatura proveniente de estudios teóricos y empíricos. Para ello, se realizó un estudio piloto a través de encuestas digitales, que permitieron obtener una muestra validada de cien elementos provenientes de empresas del noreste de México y sobre la cual se ejecutó un análisis factorial confirmatorio correspondiente, mediante el software PLS. Derivado de el análisis efectuado, se corrobora que la escala obtiene la validez estadística necesaria para ser validada, mediante índices de fiabilidad y fiabilidad compuesta, validez convergente y discriminante que sobrepasan los umbrales necesarios para ser aceptados. El principal aporte del estudio se consolida en lograr la validación de una escala de medición para el ES en territorio mexicano, coadyuvando a que el fenómeno sea comprendido de una mejor manera. No obstante, el estudio se encuentra limitado por la ubicación geográfica que impide la generalización del proceso de emprendimiento social en un país cuya extensión territorial es amplia y con entornos cambiantes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Social entrepreneurship (SE) is a phenomenon that has gained importance in the field of management due to its benefits for social development. Therefore, the objective of this study is to validate a measurement scale for the dimensions that make up the SE process &#8212;innovativeness, risk management, and proactivity&#8212;that has been constructed based on literature from theoretical and empirical studies. To achieve this, we conducted a pilot study through digital surveys, which allowed for the validation of a sample of one hundred elements from companies in northeastern Mexico. A corresponding confirmatory factor analysis was then executed using PLS software. As a result of the analysis, it is confirmed that the proposed scale achieves the necessary statistical validity for validation, with reliability and composite reliability indices and convergent and discriminant validity surpassing the thresholds needed for acceptance. The main contribution of the present study lies in validating a measurement scale for SE in Mexico, thus contributing to a better understanding of the phenomenon. However, the study is limited by its geographical location, preventing the generalization of the SE process in a country with a vast territorial extension and changing environments.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O empreendedorismo social (ES) é um fenômeno que vem ganhando relevância nas áreas administrativas devido aos seus benefícios para o desenvolvimento social. Por essa razão, o objetivo deste estudo é validar uma escala de aferição das dimensões que integram o processo de ES: innovativeness, gestão de risco e proatividade, que foi construída a partir da literatura de estudos teóricos e empíricos. Com este propósito, foi realizado um estudo piloto através de enquetes digitais, o que nos permitiu obter uma amostra validada de cem elementos de empresas do nordeste do México e sobre a qual foi realizada uma análise fatorial confirmatória correspondente utilizando o software PLS. A partir da análise realizada, corrobora-se que a escala obtém a validade estatística necessária para ser validada, através de índices de fiabilidade e fiabilidade composta, validade convergente e discriminante que excedem os critérios necessários para serem aceitáveis. A principal contribuição do estudo consolida-se na obtenção da validação de uma escala de medida para o ES no México, contribuindo para uma melhor compreensão do fenômeno.
