Esta herramienta toma como perspectiva epistemológica el materialismo histórico-dialéctico y como posicionamiento epistemológico la decolonialidad. Como resultado se presenta un modelo que relaciona al individuo, la sociedad y la naturaleza en tres ámbitos: institucional, de los principios normativos y de la praxis política que podrá usarse de dos maneras: para un análisis estructural de la política y para un análisis diacrónico de esta.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this article is to propose a decolonial analytical tool for the study of mathematics and indigenous educational policies. Linking categories of Ethnomathematics and Political Philosophy, we propose a theoretical tool that can be the starting point for a decolonial analytical framework of educational policy. This proposal assumes historical&#8209;dialectical materialism as its epistemological perspective and decoloniality as its epistemological positioning. As a result, a model is presented that relates the individual, society and nature at three levels: institutional, on normative principles and political praxis, and which can be used in two ways: for a structural analysis of the policy and for its diachronic analysis.]]></p></abstract>
