En este sentido, y dada la necesidad de ampliar el mercado internacionalmente, la empresa desarrolló una novedosa metodología de análisis de las variables internacionales que le permitiera avanzar en el proceso de selección de los mercados hacia los cuales dirigir sus acciones de penetración. La información empleada para documentar el caso fue suministrada directamente por la compañía. Con la revisión de este caso se pretende generar discusión en torno a variables y aspectos que consider al momento de diseñar una estrategia de internacionalización.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This case presents the analytical methodology that was developed to build the internationalization strategy of Tecnoquímicas, one of the most important pharmaceutical companies in Colombia, which has being recognized, since its foundation in 1934, for its remarkable capacity for innovation in new products and in its strategies to respond to the needs of the market. In this sense, and given the need to internationally expand the market, the company developed a novel methodology for analyzing the international variables, which would allow it to advance in the process of selecting the markets to which it could direct its penetration actions. The information used to document the case was provided directly by the company. With the review of this case, it is intended to generate discussion about variables and aspects to be considered when designing an internationalization strategy.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este caso apresenta a metodologia da análise que foi desenvolvida para conformar a estratégia de internacionalização na Tecnoquímicas, uma das mais importantes empresas colombianas do setor farmacêutico, caracterizada desde sua fundação em 1934 pela sua notável capacidade de inovação em novos produtos bem como nas suas estratégias para servir o mercado. Nesse sentido, e dada a necessidade de expandir o mercado internacionalmente, a empresa desenvolveu uma nova metodologia para analizar variáveis internacionais que lhe permitiriam avançar no processo de seleção dos mercados aos quais poderia direcionar suas ações de penetração. A informação usada para documentar o caso foi fornecida diretamente pela empresa. A revisão deste caso pretende gerar discussão sobre variáveis e aspectos a serem considerados ao projetar uma estratégia de internacionalização.]]></p></abstract>
