Con este fin, se estableció la metodología de implementación a partir de la revisión de literatura y se aplicó en una notaría del departamento de Cundinamarca en Colombia. Se utilizó un cuestionario para determinar si existen incidencias favorables durante el proceso de implementación y, por otro lado, se caracterizó el servicio de escrituras públicas con el fin de identificar cambios en el desempeño. Los resultados indican que la metodología de implementación favorece al cuidado del modelo organizacional, a la reducción de la burocracia ineficaz y ofrece beneficios puntuales de desempeño. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The target of this article is to propose a methodology for the implementation of integrated management systems on ISO 9001 of 2015 and ISO 30301 of 2011 standards in the Colombian notarial context. To this end, the methodology for the implementation was established from the literature review and applied at a notary office in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. A questionnaire was used to determine if there are favorable aspects during the implementation process and by other hand, the public deeds service was characterized in order to identify changes in performance. Results indicate that the implementation methodology helps out taking care of the organizational model, to reduce the inefficient bureaucracy and offers specific performance benefits.]]></p></abstract>
