Para ello, el método se fundamentó en el modelado estruc tural interpretativo y en la matriz de impactos cruzados-multiplicación aplicada a una clasificación. Se propone un modelo de 12 factores estructurados jerárquicamente en seis niveles, en el que las preferencias de consumo, las modificaciones regulatorias y normativas, las restricciones políticas y las estrategias de planeación son las de mayor influencia en el mercado energético desde la perspectiva de México. Derivado de ello, se sugiere transitar hacia una mayor participación de actores públicos y privados en vectores de energía renovable. Clasificación JEL: Q48; Q43; O13.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this paper was to structurally model the high-priority factors caused by the impact of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in the energy market. For this, the method was based on interpretive structural modeling and the cross-impact matrix multiplication applied to classification. A model of 12 factors structured hierarchically in six levels is proposed, in which consumption preferences, regulatory and normative modifications, political restrictions, and planning strategies are the ones with the greatest influence on the energy market from the perspective of Mexico. Derived from this, it is suggested to move towards a greater participation of public and private actors in renewable energy vectors.]]></p></abstract>

Para tal, o método baseou-se na modelação estrutural interpretativa e na matriz de multiplicação de impactos cruzados aplicada a uma classificação. Conclui com um modelo de 12 fatores estruturados hierarquicamente em seis níveis, nos quais as preferências de consumo, modificações regulatórias e normativas, restrições políticas e estratégias de planejamento são as que têm maior influência no mercado de energia desde a perspectiva do México.
