Se parte de una revisión de literatura para obtener una descripción del análisis de debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas y sus usos, así como las herramientas en los estudios de riesgos de los proyectos. Luego se muestra un marco metodológico para la construcción de análisis de debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas cuantitativos y los apartados necesarios para llevar a cabo el análisis, el cual se valida con un caso de aplicación. Se concluye que, mediante análisis cuantitativos de riesgos en los proyectos, se puede reducir la subjetividad en la construcción de la matriz estratégica de debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper proposes a methodology for the construction of a matrix for the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the formulation and evaluation of projects, using quantitative risk studies. It starts with a literature review to obtain a description of the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and its uses, as well as tools in project risk studies. Then, a methodological framework for the construction of the quantitative matrix of analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and the necessary sections to carry out the analysis is shown. This analysis is validated with an application case. It is concluded that, through the quantitative analysis of risks in the projects, subjectivity in the construction of the strategic matrix of analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats can be reduced.]]></p></abstract>

Baseia-se em uma revisão de literatura para obter uma descrição da análise de fraquezas, oportunidades, forças e ameaças e seus usos, bem como as ferramentas nos estudos de risco do projeto. Em seguida, é apresentado um quadro metodológico para a construção da análise de fraquezas, oportunidades, forças e ameaças quantitativas e as seções necessárias para realizar a análise, que é validada com um caso de aplicação.
