Además, se valora si existen diferencias significativas en el modelo asociadas al sexo. Se desarrolló una investigación no experimental, explicativa, no probabilística, transversal, mediante encuestas electrónicas. Participaron 974 empleados de la industria manufacturera de exportación en México. Mediante un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales con mínimos cuadrados parciales, se encontró que ambos conflictos conducen al agotamiento emocional; este último detona renuncia silenciosa y ambos derivan en intención de rotación. El modelo es similar en hombres y mujeres. Se recomienda que las empresas identifiquen detonantes de los conflictos trabajo-vida y diseñen estrategias para atender el agotamiento y la renuncia silenciosa, con el fin de evitar la rotación.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study examines whether work-leisure and work-family conflicts contribute to emotional exhaustion and whether this triggers turnover intention through mediation of quiet quitting. Additionally, it assesses whether there are significant gender differences in the model. A non-experimental, explanatory, non-probabilistic, cross-sectional study was conducted using electronic surveys. A total of 974 employees in the export manufacturing industry in Mexico participated in the study. A structural equation model with partial least squares was applied, and it was found that both conflicts lead to emotional exhaustion, triggering silent resignation, and ultimately resulting in turnover intention. The model is similar for both men and women. It is recommended that companies identify the triggers of work-life conflicts and design strategies to address exhaustion and quiet quitting in order to prevent turnover.]]></p></abstract>

Além disso, avalia-se se existem diferenças significativas no modelo associadas ao sexo. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa não experimental, explicativa, não probabilística e transversal, por meio de questionários eletrônicos. Participaram 974 empregados da indústria manufatureira de exportação no México. Por meio de um modelo de equações estruturais com mínimos quadrados parciais, constatou-se que ambos os conflitos conduzem ao esgotamento emocional; este, por sua vez, desencadeia a demissão silenciosa e ambos resultam na intenção de rotatividade. O modelo é semelhante em homens e mulheres.
