Desde un abordaje cualitativo con fines descriptivos, se relevaron normativas de las 24 jurisdicciones provinciales argentinas. Entre los hallazgos se destaca que la totalidad de las jurisdicciones presenta un esquema de relación con sus empresas de carácter descentralizado, mediante el ministerio sectorial correspondiente, incluyendo, en algunos casos, la existencia de instancias transversales de control y supervisión.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objective of this paper is to analyze the governance of subnational public enterprises by considering how state control is expressed in the legal institutional frameworks at the provincial level in Argentina. Based on a qualitative approach with descriptive purposes, regulations of the 24 Argentine provincial jurisdictions were surveyed. Among the findings, it is highlighted that all the jurisdictions present a decentralized scheme of relationship with their companies, through the corresponding sectorial ministry, including, in some cases, the existence of transversal instances of control and supervision.]]></p></abstract>

Com base em uma abordagem qualitativa com fins descritivos, foram levantadas as regulamentacoes das 24 jurisdicoes provinciais argentinas.
