Sin embargo, debido al rápido dinamismo del mercado, las competencias necesarias para el éxito de un EBT se vuelven obsoletas con mayor rapidez. Además, no existe un marco de competencias específico para el contexto latinoamericano. Con el propósito de abordar esta problemática, el objetivo de este artículo es establecer las competencias requeridas en procesos de formación de EBT en universidades con poca experiencia en emprendimiento. Para ello, se realizó una consulta a expertos colombianos vinculados a instituciones y programas de emprendimiento, en la que se indagó sobre los conocimientos, habilidades, cualidades, metodologías y didácticas necesarias para el surgimiento de EBT. Los resultados destacaron la importancia de que el emprendimiento sea una prioridad institucional, visto como una transversalidad y no limitado solo a disciplinas empresariales o económicas. Asimismo, se señaló que las universidades con poca trayectoria en formación emprendedora deben adoptar una formación por competencias, lo cual implica la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas dinámicas centradas en la experiencia, el autoconocimiento y la acción práctica, en aras de lograr que el estudiantado se involucre activamente en el proceso de aprendizaje.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Currently, university-based technological entrepreneurship (EBT) is regarded as a key factor for the development of new high-impact products and services. However, due to the fast-paced dynamics of the market, the competencies necessary for a successful EBT quickly become obsolete. Additionally, there is no specific competency framework for the Latin American context. Therefore, the objective of this article is to establish the competencies required in EBT training processes at universities with little experience in entrepreneurship. To this effect, an inquiry was carried out with Colombian experts linked to entrepreneurship institutions and programs, in which they were asked about the knowledge, skills, qualities, methodologies, and didactics necessary for the emergence of EBT. The results highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship as an institutional priority, understood as a transversality and not limited only to business or economic disciplines. Likewise, it was pointed out that universities with little experience in entrepreneurial training should adopt a competency-based training, which implies the implementation of dynamic pedagogical strategies focused on experience, self-awareness, and practical action, in order to ensure that students are actively involved in the learning process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Atualmente, o empreendedorismo tecnológico baseado em universidades (EBT) é considerado um fator-chave para o desenvolvimento de novos produtos e serviços de alto impacto. No entanto, devido à dinâmica acelerada do mercado, as competências necessárias para um EBT bem-sucedido rapidamente se tornam obsoletas. Além disso, não há um quadro de competências específico para o contexto latino-americano. Portanto, o objetivo deste artigo é estabelecer as competências necessárias nos processos de treinamento de EBT em universidades com pouca experiência em empreendedorismo. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa com especialistas colombianos ligados a instituições e programas de empreendedorismo, na qual foram questionados sobre os conhecimentos, habilidades, qualidades, metodologias e didáticas necessárias para o surgimento de EBT. Os resultados destacaram a importância do empreendedorismo como uma prioridade institucional, entendido como uma transversalidade e não limitado apenas a disciplinas empresariais ou econômicas. Da mesma forma, foi apontado que universidades com pouca experiência em treinamento empreendedor devem adotar uma formação baseada em competências, o que implica a implementação de estratégias pedagógicas dinâmicas focadas na experiência, autoconsciência e ação prática, a fim de garantir que os estudantes estejam ativamente envolvidos no processo de aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
