Los resultados mostraron que esta influencia puede ser explicada asociando el comportamiento característico de los líderes éticos con la implementación de los mecanismos primarios de incorporación, con un enfoque ético, siendo este un enfoque poco explorado y con una aplicación limitada en el contexto de la ética organizacional. Dichos resultados se obtuvieron mediante el diseño de un modelo que representa cómo los mecanismos primarios apoyan la existencia de un conjunto de características que posibilitan la existencia de una cultura organizacional ética. Dicho modelo fue contrastado con la realidad mediante un estudio de caso en el Instituto para Niños Ciegos y Sordos del Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Se concluye que existe una variedad de comportamientos, decisiones, intereses, actitudes y formas de pensar y reaccionar, características de un líder ético, a través de las cuales estos pueden transmitir mensajes hacia la cultura organizacional, capaces de influir sobre el comportamiento ético de sus colaboradores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper presents the results of a study that attempted to explain how ethical leaders can influence the development and sustainability of an ethical organizational culture. The results showed that this influence can be explained by associating the characteristic behavior of ethical leaders with the implementation of the primary mechanisms of embedding with an ethical perspective, an approach that has been scarcely explored and with limited application in the context of organizational ethics. These results were obtained through the design of a model that represents how primary mechanisms support the existence of a set of characteristics that enable the existence of an ethical organizational culture. This model was contrasted with reality through a case study at the Institute for Blind and Deaf Children of Valle del Cauca, Colombia. It is concluded that there is a variety of behaviors, decisions, interests, attitudes, and ways of thinking and reacting-characteristic of an ethical leader-through which they can transmit messages to the organizational culture, capable of influencing the ethical behavior of their collaborators.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa que buscou explicar a forma como os líderes éticos podem influenciar o desenvolvimento e a manutenção da cultura organizacional ética. Os resultados mostraram que essa influência pode ser explicada pela associação do comportamento característico dos líderes éticos à implementação de mecanismos primários de incorporação com abordagem ética, sendo esta uma abordagem pouco explorada e com aplicação limitada no contexto da ética organizacional. Estes resultados foram obtidos através da concepção de um modelo que representa como os mecanismos primários suportam a existência de um conjunto de características que permitem a existência de uma cultura organizacional ética. Este modelo foi contrastado com a realidade através de um estudo de caso no Instituto para Crianças Cegas e Surdas do Valle del Cauca, Colômbia.
