Subraya tres aspectos: las predicciones se hicieron en una situación de incertidumbre con base en reglas o convenciones, las campañas involucraron fuertes elementos emocionales y los resultados fueron afectados por factores culturales (identitarios y religiosos) y no sólo económicos.
