</abstract>

Primarily, the architecture of the system optoelectronics and chemistry related is described, then is selected by discrete test of beams propagated the appropriate wavelength (405 and 450 nm) to project optical vortices over the sample. Finally, the processing and analysis of the signals acquired by a spectrophotometry UV, corresponding to the samples irradiated with the controlled spatial distributions of light by hologram generated computer.
</abstract>
