Mediante un análisis documental, se analizan las tendencias en este campo a partir de los diferentes procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Dentro de los resultados, se destaca la importancia de desarrollar el pensamiento crítico a través de la participación activa de los estudiantes, para fomentar el razonamiento y la toma de decisiones morales e incorporar situaciones reales del contexto en las que estén involucrados. Se deben fortalecer ciertos temas propios de la bioética que los estudiantes no manejan con seguridad. Se propone ampliar el análisis, para determinar si en los contextos de la educación pública escolar las condiciones socioeconómicas conllevan a los estudiantes a no practicar los principios bioéticos. Por eso, hablar de resiliencia y voluntad en este contexto implica la capacidad de sostener un discurso y un marco de actuación, ya que la bioética debe ser vivida y vivenciada en cuanto a sus principios y valores, y en ese sentido se convierte en una capacidad de ser líder y dar ejemplo ante una comunidad, para que toda la teoría sea creíble y a la vez pueda ser practicada. Finalmente, se espera que la bioética pueda llegar a tener reconocimiento en el contexto de la educación pública escolar, en comunidades que necesitan también la orientación de principios bioéticos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article provides a review of the state of the art on bioethics in the context of public school education. Through a documentary analysis, trends in this field are examined based on various teaching-learning processes. Among the results, the importance of developing critical thinking through the active participation of students is emphasized, aiming to foster reasoning and moral decision-making while incorporating real-life situations from their context. Certain bioethical topics that students do not handle confidently need to be strengthened. The suggestion is to expand the analysis to determine whether socio-economic conditions in the context of public school education lead students to neglect bioethical principles. Therefore, discussing resilience and will in this context implies the ability to sustain a discourse and a framework of action, as bioethics should be lived and experienced in terms of its principles and values. In this sense, it becomes a capacity to be a leader and set an example for a community so thatthe entire theory is credible and can be practiced. Finally, it is hoped that bioethics can gain recognition in the context of public school education, especially in communities that also need guidance on bioethical principles.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: Este artigo apresenta uma revisão do estado da arte sobre a bioética no âmbito da educação pública escolar. Por meio de uma análise documental, são examinadas as tendências nesse campo a partir dos diferentes processos de ensino-aprendizagem. Entre os resultados, destaca-se a importância de desenvolver o pensamento crítico por meio da participação ativa dos alunos, visando fomentar o raciocínio e a tomada de decisões morais e incorporar situações reais do contexto em que estão envolvidos. Devem-se fortalecer certos temas próprios da bioética que os alunos não dominam com segurança. Propõe-se ampliar a análise para determinar se, nos contextos da educação pública escolar, as condições socioeconómicas levam os alunos a não praticar os princípios bioéticos. Portanto, falar de resiliência e vontade nesse contexto implica a capacidade de sustentar um discurso e um quadro de atuação, uma vez que a bioética deve ser vivida e experimentada em relação aos seus princípios e valores, tornando-se, nesse sentido, uma habilidade de ser líder e dar exemplo para a comunidade, para que toda teoria tenha credibilidade e possa ser posta em prática. Finalmente, espera-se que a bioética possa ter reconhecimento no contexto da educação pública escolar, em comunidades que também necessitam da orientação de princípios bioéticos.]]></p></abstract>
