<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1692-25222022000200204&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1692-25222022000200204&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1692-25222022000200204&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Los cambios en los modos de trabajar en las organizaciones impulsados por la pandemia por la COVID-19 y las restricciones de movimiento, generaron adaptaciones en las formas de comunicar a los diferentes públicos con los que se relacionan las instituciones, en particular en el modo de interactuar con los públicos internos. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo observar el impacto en el estado, funcionamiento y ajustes en la comunicación interna en pandemia. Para esto se observaron organizaciones en Chile pertenecientes al ranking Great Place to Work® 2020 (GPTW® 2020). El análisis se hizo cinco meses después de iniciada la crisis sanitaria. Esta investigación de tipo exploratorio utilizó un cuestionario autoadministrado que fue aplicado a través de mailing y teléfonos a las instituciones presentes en el ranking Great Place to Work®. Entre los principales resultados se puede destacar que la comunicación interna es un actor relevante de desarrollo en las organizaciones, sobre todo en tiempos de crisis. Esto se confirma porque el 88 % de las empresas cuenta con un área exclusiva para la comunicación interna, las que producto de la pandemia debieron cambiar su foco desde capacitación, beneficios y reconocimientos al personal en 2019, a contención de crisis externa, seguridad y prevención de accidentes laborales en 2020. Tras el análisis, es posible vislumbrar cambios institucionales, reorganización interna y temas emergentes como work-life balance, trabajo en equipo, COVID y cuidado de los trabajadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The changes in the way of working within organizations and the restrictions pushed by the COVID-19 pandemic generated adaptations in the way of communicating to different publics related to the institutions, particularly in the way of interacting with their internal publics. This research has as its main objective the impact on the status, functioning and adjustments of internal communications in the pandemic. For this, organizations belonging to the Great Place to Work® Raking 2020 in Chile were observed. The analysis was performed in five months after the beginning of the sanitary emergency, This research of exploratory type employed a self-made poll that was applied through mailing and phone lines of the institutions within the Great Place to Work® ranking. Among the main results, the study highlighted that the internal communication is a relevant actor of the development within an organization, especially in times of crises. This is confirmed, because the 88 % of these companies has an exclusive area for internal communication, those who due to the pandemic had to change their focus from training, benefits, and recognitions to their personnel in 2019 to containment of an external crisis, security, and prevention of workrelated accidents in 2020. After the analysis, it is possible to glimpse at the institutional changes, the internal reorganization, and the emergent topics such as work-life balance, work team, COVID and care for workers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo As mudanças nas formas de trabalhar nas organizações impulsionadas pela pandemia Covid 19 e as restrições de movimento geraram adaptações nas formas de comunicação com os diferentes públicos com os quais as instituições interagem e, em particular, na forma de interagir com os públicos internos. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo observar o impacto no estado, funcionamento e ajustes na comunicação interna em uma pandemia. Para isso, foram observadas as organizações chilenas pertencentes ao ranking Great Place to Work® 2020 (GPTW 2020). A análise foi feita cinco meses após o início da crise de saúde. Esta pesquisa exploratória utilizou um questionário autoaplicável que foi aplicado por meio de correspondência e telefone às instituições presentes no ranking Great Place to Work. Dentre os principais resultados, pode-se destacar que a comunicação interna é um ator relevante para o desenvolvimento das organizações, principalmente em tempos de crise. Isso se confirma já que 88 % das empresas possuem uma área exclusiva de comunicação interna, que em decorrência da pandemia teve que mudar seu foco de treinamento, benefícios e reconhecimento aos funcionários em 2019, para contenção de crise externa, segurança e prevenção de accidentes de trabalho em 2020. Após a análise é possível vislumbrar mudanças institucionais; reorganização interna e questões emergentes, como equilíbrio entre vida profissional e pessoal, trabalho em equipe, Covid e cuidados com o trabalhador.]]></p></abstract>
