Se abordan las limitaciones del marco regulatorio actual, analizando la Sentencia T-323 de 2024 de la Corte Constitucional y la Circular 002 de 2024 de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, y se destaca la necesidad de incluir evaluaciones de riesgo, principios de transparencia y estándares de protección de datos. Mediante un estudio comparativo con normativas internacionales como el AI Act de la Unión Europea y la PIPL de China, se proponen estrategias para adaptar las mejores prácticas globales al contexto colombiano. La propuesta incluye recomendaciones prácticas para garantizar que los chatbots jurídicos promuevan un acceso equitativo a la justicia, respetando los derechos fundamentales y fomentando la innovación tecnológica responsable.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article analyses the regulatory and ethical aspects of the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based legal chatbots in Colombia. It addresses the limitations of the current regulatory framework, analysing Ruling T-323 of 2024 of the Constitutional Court and Circular 002 of 2024 of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, and highlights the need to include risk assessments, transparency principles and data protection standards. Through a comparative study with international regulations such as the European Union&#8217;s AI Act and China&#8217;s PIPL, strategies are proposed to adapt the best global practices to the Colombian context. The proposal includes practical recommendations to ensure that legal chatbots promote equal access to justice, respecting fundamental rights and encouraging responsible technological innovation.]]></p></abstract>
