Para este propósito, se desarrolló una investigación de corte cualitativo, empleando grupos focales con estudiantes y graduados y entrevistas estructuradas con profesores universitarios. Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio muestran una aceptación general sobre la pertinencia y los alcances en ambientes de aprendizaje mediados por TIC, en particular, con una estrategia gamificada que incluya la experimentación, la motivación y los estilos de aprendizaje preferidos por los estudiantes. Finalmente, para los sujetos de estudio es importante articular estrategias de evaluación sumativa y formativa coherentes con los propósitos de formación.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article identifies the factors required for the design and implementation of a pedagogical strategy based on gamification and oriented towards the strengthening of critical reading skills in higher education students. For this purpose, a qualitative research was developed, using focus groups with students and graduates and structured interviews with university professors. The results obtained in this study show a general acceptance of the relevance and scope of ICT-mediated learning environments, in particular, with a gamified strategy that includes experimentation, motivation and learning styles preferred by students. Finally, for the subjects of study it is important to articulate summative and formative evaluation strategies coherent with the training purposes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este artigo identifica os fatores necessários para o design e implementação de uma estratégia pedagógica baseada na gamificação e orientada para o fortalecimento das competências de leitura crítica em estudantes do ensino superior. Para este propósito, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando grupos focais com estudantes e graduados, além de entrevistas estruturadas com professores universitários.
