Por este motivo, se realizó la recopilación teórica de las alternativas de valorización energética presentes para los residuos las cuales se establecen como una posible mitigación a las problemáticas presentes, de igual forma se enfoca el aprovechamiento de los residuos en el relleno sanitario Doña Juana, donde es viable que se generen grandes beneficios, como la sustitución gradual de los combustibles fósiles por combustibles alternativos, reducir afectaciones en el medio ambiente y la sociedad.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract With the growing production and storage of urban solid waste, there have been impacts in the environmental, social and economic spheres around the world. For this reason, the theoretical compilation of the energy recovery alternatives present for the waste is carried out, which are established as a possible mitigation of the present problems, in the same way, the use of the waste in the Doña Juana landfill is focused, where it is feasible to generate great benefits such as the gradual substitution of fossil fuels for alternative fuels, reduce damage to the environment and society.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Com a crescente produção e armazenamento de resíduos sólidos urbanos, tem havido impactos nas esferas ambiental, social e econômica em todo o mundo. Por este motivo, é realizada a compilação teórica das alternativas de recuperação de energia presentes para os resíduos, que se estabelecem como uma possível mitigação dos problemas atuais, da mesma forma, é focado o uso dos resíduos no aterro de Doña Juana, onde é viável gerar grandes benefícios como a substituição gradativa de combustíveis fósseis por combustíveis alternativos, redução de danos ao meio ambiente e à sociedade.]]></p></abstract>
