<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2011-21062020000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2011-21062020000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2011-21062020000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: En este artículo se explora la satisfacción con el trabajo docente de un grupo de profesionales docentes mexicanos de la Unidad de Salud de la Universidad Juárez Autónoma del estado de Tabasco (UJAT) durante el confinamiento por COVID-19 entre los meses de marzo a julio de 2020. Los resultados del Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio muestran que surgen cuatro variables latentes: variedad de Habilidades, la Autonomía en el trabajo, la Socialización y las Condiciones de trabajo. Estas variables latentes, se hipotetizan como causa de los valores obtenidos en los indicadores considerados en el cuestionario aplicado a los docentes. Además, se encontró que la correlación entre las tres primeras variables latentes mencionadas y la Satisfacción laboral medida objetivamente es positiva y altamente significativa, mientras que la correlación con la variable latente Condiciones de Trabajo es baja, resultado influido por cambios externos (lugar de trabajo).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article explores the academics' Job Satisfaction of the Health Unit of the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco (UJAT) during confinement for COVID-19 during the months of March to July 2020. Te results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis show that four latent variables emerge: variety of skills, autonomy at work, socialization and working conditions. Tese latent variables are hypothesized as the cause of the values obtained in the indicators considered in the questionnaire applied to teachers. Furthermore, it was found that the correlation between the three latent variables mentioned above and objectively measured job satisfaction is positive and highly significant, while the correlation with the latent variable Working Conditions is low, a result influenced by external changes (workplace ).]]></p></abstract>
