Neste estudo objetivamos desenvolver e validar uma nova escala de medida de Atitudes Frente ao Tinder (EAFT). Para isso foram realizados dois estudos. No Estudo 1 (N= 260), verificamos a estrutura fatorial da Escala e a distribuição dos itens usando a Teoria de Resposta ao Item (TRI). Os resultados revelaram uma escala breve e precisa (Cronbach de 0,95), demonstrando que os itens saturam num único fator, contribuindo de forma significativa na formação do traço latente. No Estudo 2 (N= 265), buscamos confirmar a estrutura unidimensional da medida usando Análise Fatorial Confirmatória. Os resultados demonstraram bons índices de ajuste ao modelo (&#967;²/gl =1,46); CFI = 1,000; TLI = 1,002; RMSEA = 0,000 (0,00 - 0,11); ratificando a estrutura unifatorial encontrada no Estudo 1. Em síntese, os resultados dos dois estudos indicam que a EAFT apresentou bons parâmetros psicométricos, tornando esta medida adequada e confiável para medir as atitudes frente ao Tinder.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Abstract Dating applications are used as a means to facilitate interaction between people who want to meet and establish romantic and sexual encounters. In this study, we aim to develop and validate a new scale to measure attitudes towards Tinder (EAFT). For this, two studies were carried out. In Study 1 (N= 260), we verified the factor structure of the scale and the distribution of items using the Item Response Theory (TRI). The results revealed a brief and precise scale (Cronbach of 0.95), demonstrating that the items saturate a single factor, contributing significantly to the formation of the latent trait. In Study 2 (N=265), we attempted to confirm the one-dimensional structure of the measure using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results showed good fit rates to the model (&#967;²/df =1.46); CFI = 1,000; TLI = 1,002; RMSEA = 0.000 (0.00 - 0.11); confirming the unifactorial structure found in Study 1. In summary, the results of the two studies indicate that the EAFT shows consistent psychometric parameters, which makes it suitable and reliable for measuring attitudes towards Tinder.]]></p></abstract>

En este estudio pretendemos desarrollar y validar una nueva escala para medir las Actitudes hacia Tinder (EAFT). Para ello se realizaron dos estudios. En el Estudio 1 (N=260), verificamos la estructura factorial de la Escala y la distribución de ítems utilizando la Teoría de Respuesta al Ítem (TRI). Los resultados revelaron una escala breve y precisa (Cronbach de 0,95), demostrando que los ítems saturan un solo factor, contribuyendo significativamente a la formación del rasgo latente. En el Estudio 2 (N=265), buscamos confirmar la estructura unidimensional de la medida utilizando el análisis factorial confirmatorio.
