<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2145-77192018000100013&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2145-77192018000100013&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2145-77192018000100013&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo busca analizar la importancia de las relaciones interpersonales como parte esencial en la vida social repercutiendo directamente en el desarrollo del ser humano, para lo cual es necesario identificar cómo inciden las relaciones interpersonales al interior clima laboral de la Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó "Diego Luis Córdoba", para contribuir al mejoramiento del desempeño de los empleados. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron ocho dimensiones, tales como: Relaciones interpersonales, cultura organizacional, comunicación, disponibilidad de recurso físico y de conocimiento, autonomía y toma de decisiones, motivación y apoyo, realizado mediante un estudio transversal de tipo cualitativo con un apoyo cuantitativo sobre una muestra de 62 personas, que arrojó como resultado que la comunicación es la dimensión que más se correlaciona con las otras dimensiones estudiadas, permitiendo concluir que incide de manera directa, debido que al mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales favorece e incrementa el nivel productivo en toda institución.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This work seeks to analyze the importance of interpersonal relationships as an essential part of social life having a direct impact on the development of the human being, for which it is necessary to identify how interpersonal relationships affect the interior of the Technological University of Chocó "Diego Luis Córdoba", to contribute to the improvement of employee performance. For the development of the research, eight dimensions were used, such as: interpersonal relationships, organizational culture, communication, availability of physical resources and knowledge, autonomy and decision-making, motivation and support, carried out through a qualitative cross-sectional study with a quantitative support on a sample of 62 people, which showed that communication is the dimension that most correlates with the other dimensions studied, allowing to conclude that it affects directly, because maintaining good interpersonal relationships favors and increases the productive level in every institution.]]></p></abstract>
