Aporta un conocimiento profundo en el arte de cuidar desde la práctica hacia la teoría, permitiendo analizar situaciones que suceden cuando el estudiante se enfrenta al escenario clínico, valorando a la persona de manera integral. El objetivo fue describir el significado de una vivencia experimentada por estudiantes de enfermería en la práctica clínica a través de una narrativa.  Materiales y Métodos: Investigación cualitativa de carácter fenomenológico interpretativo en donde se exploran y analizan narrativas de estudiantes de enfermería que vivieron la experiencia más significativa en el transcurrir de su práctica clínica. Para recolectar y analizar la información, se utilizó la entrevista a profundidad y la observación registrada en notas de campo.  Resultados: Surgieron cinco categorías del análisis: tranquilidad para el alma, aprender a escuchar, mi primer cuidado, más allá de la nota y familia y cuidado.  Discusión y Conclusiones:  La narrativa permitió reconocer diversas expresiones de cuidado que se hacen visibles, de acuerdo a la interacción y relación enriquecedora tanto para quien lo recibe, como para quien lo brinda. A su vez, es una estrategia que permite valorar integralmente al sujeto de cuidado en su ambiente propio, consolidando el fundamento del conocimiento en la práctica clínica de estudiantes de enfermería.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO  Introdução: A narrativa de enfermagem apresenta-se como uma experiência vivida e compartilhada entre duas pessoas, com ênfase em pequenos detalhes que preocupam à pessoa que cuidamos. Proporciona um profundo conhecimento na arte de cuidar a partir da prática à teoria, permitindo analisar situações que ocorrem quando o estudante se confronta ao cenário clínico, avaliando à pessoa de maneira integral. O objetivo é descrever o significado de uma vivência experimentada por estudantes de enfermagem na prática clínica através de uma narrativa.  Materiais e Métodos:  Pesquisa qualitativa de caráter fenomenológica interpretativa, onde se exploram e analisam narrativas de estudantes de enfermagem que viveram a experiência mais significativa no decorrer da sua prática clínica. Para coletar e analisar a informação utilizou-se a entrevista em profundidade e a observação, registrada nas notas de campo.  Resultados:  Sugeriram cinco categorias de análise: tranquilidade para a alma, aprender a escutar, meu primeiro cuidado, além da nota, família e cuidado.  Discussão e Conclusões: A narrativa permitiu reconhecer diversas expressões de cuidado que se tornam visíveis, de acordo com a interação e relação enriquecedora tanto para aquele que o recebe, como para quem o proporciona. Por sua vez, é uma estratégia que permite avaliar como um todo ao sujeito de cuidado em seu próprio ambiente, consolidando o fundamento do conhecimento na prática clínica dos estudantes de enfermagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  Introduction:  The narrative from nursing is presented as an experience lived and shared between two people, emphasizing on small details that concern the person we care for. It provides profound knowledge on the art of caring from the practice to the theory, permitting analysis of situations that occur when the student confronts the clinical scenario, valuing the person in integral manner. The aim was to describe the significance of an experience lived by nursing students during the clinical practice through a narrative.  Materials and Methods: Ours was qualitative research of phenomenological interpretative nature, which explored and analyzed narratives of nursing students who lived the most significant experience during their clinical practice. To gather and analyze the information, the in-depth interview and observation registered in field notes were used.  Results: Five analysis categories emerged: tranquility for the soul, learning to listen, my first care, beyond the grade, and family and care.  Discussion and  Conclusions: The narrative permitted recognizing diverse expressions of care that become visible, according to the interaction and enriching relationship both for those receiving it, as for those offering it. In turn, it is a strategy that permits valuing integrally the subjects of care in their own setting, consolidating the basis of knowledge in the clinical practice of nursing students.]]></p></abstract>
