As redes configuram um modelo organizacional em crescente construção no contexto brasileiro, o que exige dos profissionais de enfermagem e da saúde, principalmente na atenção primária, conhecimento acerca de suas particularidades de operacionalização. Neste sentido, objetivou-se identificar como o modelo de atenção proposto pelas redes de atenção tem orientado a formação em enfermagem.  Materiais e Métodos  Estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório. Participaram da investigação 15 estudantes e 15 professoras de cursos de enfermagem de duas universidades públicas, as quais responderam a uma entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram interpretados a partir da análise temática.  Resultados  Identificou-se como ocorre a abordagem do tema na formação em enfermagem, principais metodologias utilizadas e períodos nos quais é abordado.  Discussão  As redes são discutidas na formação em enfermagem, contudo, a abordagem possui algumas fragilidades que podem e devem ser superadas, com vistas à qualificação dos processos formativos e, consequentemente, para a ampliação das ações da atenção primária e do acesso à saúde. Evidencia-se a necessidade de dialogar sobre a transversalidade de temas emergentes e relevantes no itinerário formativo em saúde, sobretudo na enfermagem, mediante movimentos de integração ensino-serviço e metodologias mais problematizadoras.  Conclusões  Há abordagem sobre a temática das redes na formação, contudo, de modo frágil e superficial. Julga-se necessário a existência de discussões com maior aprofundamento acerca do tema.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction  Health Care Networks are a series of health actions and services, whose purpose is the integral and qualified attention in the Unified Health System of Brazil. These Networks constitute an organizational model in growing construction in the Brazilian context, which requires that nursing and health professionals, mainly in primary care, have knowledge about their operational particularities. In this regard, the objective of this study is to identify how the care model proposed by care networks is addressed in nursing training.  Materials and Methods  A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study was conducted with fifteen students and fifteen professors of nursing courses from two public universities who participated in the research and responded to a semi-structured interview. The data was interpreted from the thematic analysis.  Results  We identified how the topic is approached in nursing training, as well as the main methodologies used and the periods in which it is approached.  Discussion  Networks are analyzed during nursing training, but the approach to address them has some weaknesses that can and should be overcome, with a view to improving the quality of training processes and, consequently, expanding the actions carried out in primary care and improving access to health care. There is a need for dialogue on the cross-cutting aspect of emerging and relevant issues in the health training program, especially in nursing, through integration actions between teaching-service and the presentation of the most difficult methodologies.  Conclusions  The topic of networks in formation is addressed in a fragile but superficial way. Further discussions on the subject are considered necessary.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Introducción  Las Redes de Atención a la Salud son una serie de acciones y servicios de salud, cuya finalidad es la atención integral y calificada en el Sistema Unico de Salud de Brasil. Dichas Redes constituyen un modelo organizacional en creciente construcción en el contexto brasileño, por lo que exige que los profesionales de la enfermería y de salud, principalmente en la atención primaria, tengan conocimiento acerca de sus particularidades operativas. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente estudio es identificar cómo el modelo de atención propuesto por las redes de atención es abordado en la formación en enfermería.  Materiales y Métodos  Estudio cualitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio. Participaron en la investigación 15 estudiantes y 15 profesoras de cursos de enfermería de dos universidades públicas, los cuales respondieron una entrevista semiestructurada. Los datos fueron interpretados a partir del análisis temático.  Resultados  Se identificó cómo se aborda el tema en la formación en enfermería, cuáles son las principales metodologías utilizadas y los períodos en los que se aborda.  Discusión  Las redes son analizadas durante la formación en enfermería, pero el enfoque con el que se abordan tiene algunas debilidades que pueden y deben ser superadas, con miras a mejorar la calidad en los procesos de formación y, consecuentemente, ampliar las acciones realizadas en la atención primaria y mejorar el acceso a la salud. Se evidencia la necesidad de dialogar sobre la transversalidad de temas emergentes y relevantes en el programa de formación en salud, sobre todo en la enfermería, mediante movimientos de integración entre enseñanza-servicio y la presentación de las metodologías que sean más difíciles.  Conclusiones  Se aborda la temática de las redes en la formación, pero de manera frágil y superficial. Se considera necesario que se realicen discusiones de más profundidad sobre el tema.]]></p></abstract>
