El objetivo del artículo de reflexión es describir las tendencias internacionales en el uso de tecnologías remotas no digitales en el contexto global, así como las experiencias de adaptación en Colombia y Panamá. Resultado de una tesis doctoral en tecnología educativa, la comunicación de enfoque cualitativo y método interpretativo revisa y contrasta las experiencias en el uso de recursos educativos remotos no digitales, en diferentes contextos internacionales. En conclusión, las brechas tecnológicas en las zonas más apartadas y sin conectividad conllevaron durante la coyuntura pandémica al fomento y reapropiación masiva de recursos educativos obsoletos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The printed, mechanical, and audiovisual educational resources that had been questioned and considered traditional in the face of the connectivist paradigm were reestablished and strengthened during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as becoming alternatives for educational improvement in the face of limitations in connectivity in suburban areas. rural and wild. The communication of the reflection article is to describe the international trends in the use of non-digital remote technologies in the global context, as well as the experiences of adaptation in Colombia and Panama. The result of a doctoral thesis in educational technology, the qualitative approach and interpretive method research reviews and contrasts the experiences in the use of non-digital remote educational resources, in different international contexts. In conclusion, the technological gaps in the most remote areas without connectivity led during the pandemic to the promotion and massive reappropriation of obsolete educational resources.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Os recursos educacionais impressos, mecânicos e audiovisuais que vinham sendo questionados e considerados tradicionais diante do paradigma conectivista foram restabelecidos e fortalecidos durante a pandemia de Covid-19, além de se tornarem alternativas para o aprimoramento educacional diante das limitações na conectividade no subúrbio áreas rurais e selvagens. O objetivo do artigo de reflexão é descrever as tendências internacionais no uso de tecnologias remotas não digitais no contexto global, bem como as experiências de adaptação na Colômbia e no Panamá. Resultado de uma tese de doutorado em tecnologia educacional, a comunicação de abordagem qualitativa e método interpretativo revisa e contrasta as experiências no uso de recursos educacionais remotos não digitais, em diferentes contextos internacionais. Em conclusão, as lacunas tecnológicas nas áreas mais remotas e sem conectividade levaram durante a pandemia à promoção e reapropriação massiva de recursos educacionais obsoletos.]]></p></abstract>
