Presta especial atención al asesoramiento para la toma de decisiones policiales e indaga sobre los niveles de Gestión Decisional Policial -GDP-. Se presentan los resultados de un estudio exploratorio y cualitativo que corresponde a una fase de la investigación "Gestión Decisional Policial". Por otro lado, se aplicó el método de sistematización de experiencias y la entrevista semiestructurada como técnica de recolección; de igual forma, se empleó la observación no participante para complementar la visión de los entrevistados. De esta manera, se realizaron veinte entrevistas semiestructuradas a comandantes policiales que integran la pirámide de responsabilidades en la ejecución del Modelo Nacional de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes -MNVCC-. El resultado principal de la investigación es que la GDP compromete a los policías indistintamente de la posición jerárquica en la que se encuentren y obedece a un modelo implícito no declarado. Se concluye la necesidad de construir una visión conjunta sobre la toma de decisiones policiales mediante el estudio de otras unidades policiales para mejorar la propia práctica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This document presents an approach to the police decision-making loop with its characteristics and attributes. It pays special attention to advice for police decision-making and inquiries about the levels of Police Decision Management (GDP). The results of an exploratory and qualitative study corresponding to a phase of the investigation "Police decisional management" are presented. The method of systematizing experiences and the semi-structured interview were used as a collection technique, in the same way, non-participant observation to complement the vision of the interviewees. Twenty semi-structured interviews were conducted with police commanders who make up the pyramid of responsibilities in the execution of the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrant (MN-VCC, by its acronym in Spanish). The main result of the research is that the GDP commits the police officers regardless of the hierarchical position in which they find themselves and obeys an implicit, undeclared model. The need to build a joint vision on police decision-making through the study of other police units to improve the practice itself is concluded.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este documento apresenta uma abordagem do circuito de decisão policial com as suas características e atributos. Presta especial atenção ao aconselhamento em matéria de tomada de decisões policiais e investiga os níveis de Gestão de Decisões Policiais (PDM). São apresentados os resultados de um estudo exploratório e qualitativo, que corresponde a uma fase da investigação "Gestão da Decisão Policial". Por outro lado, o método de sistematização das experiências e a entrevista semi-estruturada foram aplicados como técnica de recolha; do mesmo modo, a observação não-participante foi utilizada para complementar a visão dos entrevistados. Desta forma, foram realizadas vinte entrevistas semi-estruturadas com comandantes policiais que constituem a pirâmide de responsabilidades na execução do Modelo Nacional de Vigilância Comunitária por Quadrantes (Modelo Nacional de Vigilância Comunitária por Cuadrantes, MNVCC). O principal resultado da investigação é que o PIB comete agentes policiais independentemente da sua posição hierárquica e obedece a um modelo implícito e não declarado. Conclui que existe a necessidade de construir uma visão conjunta da tomada de decisões policiais através do estudo de outras unidades policiais, a fim de melhorar a própria prática.]]></p></abstract>
