Metodología:  Revisión sistemática con búsqueda en 11 bases de datos, sobre intervenciones preventivas de la ideación e intento de suicidio en entornos educativos. Se llevó a cabo una evaluación de calidad metodológica de los artículos y valoración de sesgos, a través de Cochrane rct risk of bias tool RoB1 para ensayos clínicos, trend para cuasiexperimentos y Ciapponi para ensayos observacionales; se efectuó una síntesis cualitativa.  Resultados:  De 31 636 artículos inicialmente encontrados, se incluyeron 26. Todas las intervenciones fueron educativas, de tres tipos: presenciales, virtuales y las que combinaban las dos modalidades. Estas estaban dirigidas a aumentar el conocimiento y mejorar las actitudes sobre el suicidio, y facilitar la búsqueda de ayuda; combinaban la educación teórica y práctica, y la intervención directa a sujetos con alto riesgo. Todas fueron realizadas en la escuela o universidad. Con respecto a la valoración de sesgos, solo un estudio tuvo baja calidad. Todos los estudios reportaron resultados positivos en el aumento del conocimiento sobre el suicidio, mejoramiento de las actitudes hacia los pares suicidas, reducción de la ideación e intento de suicidio, aumento de la búsqueda de ayuda y uso de los servicios de apoyo disponibles en el entorno educativo.  Conclusión:  Existe variedad de intervenciones para prevenir la conducta suicida, algunas basadas en modelos teóricos, otras no. Se requiere profundizar en el estudio de estos programas, para orientar su implementación en otros contextos y la toma de decisiones en salud pública.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Objective:  to identify preventive interventions for suicidal behavior in adolescent students and young people different from the Guardians model.  Methodology:  systematic review with search in 11 databases, on preventive interventions for suicidal ideation and attempt in educational settings. An evaluation of the methodological quality of the articles and assessment of biases were carried out, through the Cochrane rct risk of bias tool RoB1 for clinical trials, trend for quasi-experiments and Ciapponi for observational ones; qualitative synthesis was performed.  Results:  26 articles out of 31,636 were included, all interventions were educational of three types: face-to-face, virtual and those that combined the two modalities. These were aimed at increasing knowledge and improving attitudes about suicide and facilitating help-seeking; They combined theoretical and practical education, and direct intervention for high-risk subjects. All carried out at school or university. Regarding the assessment of biases, only one study had low quality. All studies reported positive results in increased knowledge about suicide, improved attitudes towards suicidal peers, reduced suicidal ideation and attempt, increased help-seeking, and use of support services available in the setting educational.  Conclusion:  there is a variety of interventions to prevent suicidal behavior, some based on theoretical models, others not. It is necessary to deepen the study of these programs to guide their implementation in other contexts and decision-making in Public Health.]]></p></abstract>

Foi realizada avaliação da qualidade metodológica dos artigos e avaliação de vieses, por meio da ferramenta Cochrane rct de risco de viés RoB1 para ensaios clínicos, trend para quase-experimentos e Ciapponi para observacionais; foi realizada síntese qualitativa.  Resultados:  foram incluídos 26 artigos de 31.636, todas as intervenções foram educativas de três tipos: presenciais, virtuais e aquelas que combinavam as duas modalidades. Estas visavam aumentar o conhecimento e melhorar as atitudes sobre o suicídio e facilitar a procura de ajuda; Eles combinaram educação teórica e prática e intervenção direta para assuntos de alto risco. Tudo realizado na escola ou universidade. Quanto à avaliação dos vieses, apenas um estudo apresentou baixa qualidade. Todos os estudos relataram resultados positivos no aumento do conhecimento sobre suicídio, atitudes aprimoradas em relação a colegas suicidas, redução da ideação e tentativa de suicídio, aumento da procura de ajuda e uso de serviços de apoio disponíveis no ambiente.  Conclusão:  existe uma variedade de intervenções para prevenir o comportamento suicida, algumas baseadas em modelos teóricos, outras não. É necessário aprofundar o estudo desses programas para orientar sua implementação em outros contextos e tomadas de decisão em Saúde Coletiva.]]></p></abstract>
