En la actualidad, las denominadas zonas de posconflicto permiten a comunidades locales e investigadores acceder a territorios antes inaccesibles, allí es posible dar apertura a propuestas donde diferentes actores posibilitan acciones de conservación desde apuestas comunitarias, en este caso particular, frente a especies de orquídeas. La investigación es cualitativa desde los marcos de la investigación acción participativa (lAP). Metodológicamente se escucha a una comunidad de jóvenes guías ambientales del municipio de Murillo, Tolima, quienes requieren elementos formativos para su quehacer educativo y de conservación; además, se desarrolla un proceso formativo participativo para el estudio y conocimiento de especies de orquídeas de la zona. Como resultado está la experiencia de conocimiento comunitario participativo y la generación de un material educativo para su labor de guianza ambiental como alternativa frente a la situación de posconflicto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Colombia is a country with high biodiversity, constituting itself as a megadiverse country, paradoxically, it is also a country with high rates of violence where communities and biological diversity were trapped in the middle of the conflict. Currently, the so-called post-conflict zones allow local communities and researchers to access previously inaccessible territories, there it is possible to open up proposals where different actors enable conservation actions from community commitments, in this particular case against orchid species. The research is qualitative from the IAP framework. Methodologically, a community of young environmental guides from the municipality of Murillo Tolima, who require training elements for their educational and conservation work, is listened to. A participatory training process is developed for the study and knowledge of orchid species in the area. The result is the experience of participatory community knowledge and the generation of educational material for its environmental guidance work as an alternative to the post-conflict situation]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A Colômbia é um país com alta biodiversidade, constituindo-se como um país megadivisão, paradoxalmente, também é um país com altos índices de violência onde comunidades e diversidade biológica ficaram presas em meio ao conflito. Atualmente, as chamadas zonas de pós-conflito permitem que comunidades locais e pesquisadores acessem territórios antes inacessíveis, aí é possível abrir propostas onde diferentes atores viabilizam ações de conservação a partir de compromissos comunitários, neste caso específico contra espécies de orquídeas. A pesquisa é qualitativa a partir do referencial do IAP. Metodologicamente, ouve-se uma comunidade de jovens guias ambientais do município de Murilo Tolima, que necessitam de elementos formativos para o seu trabalho educativo e de conservação, e desenvolve-se um processo de formação participativa para o estudo e conhecimento das espécies de orquídeas da zona. O resultado é a vivência do conhecimento participativo da comunidade e a geração de material educativo para seu trabalho de orientação ambiental como alternativa à situação de pós-conflito.]]></p></abstract>
