Para esto se aplicó un instrumento a una muestra aleatoria de 386 empresas de Bogotá y se construyeron 28 modelos de regresión lineal. A partir de lo anterior se encontró evidencia estadísticamente significativa de la influencia de las incapacidades de aprendizaje organizacional en los estilos de aprendizaje en las empresas estudiadas. Adicionalmente, se encontró que la ceguera y la candidez fueron las incapacidades organizacionales de mayor predominancia en ambas ciudades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper aims at analyzing the influence that organizational learning disabilities have on organizational learning styles in MSMEs based in Bogotá (Colombia) and performing a comparative analysis with the findings in the city of Durango (Mexico). To this end, an instrument was administered to a random sample of 386 companies in Bogotá and 28 linear regression models were developed. Statistically significant evidence was found for the influence of organizational learning disabilities on learning styles in the companies studied. Additionally, blindness and naivety were found to be the most prominent organizational disabilities in both cities.]]></p></abstract>

Para tanto, aplicou-se um instrumento a uma amostra aleatória de 386 empresas em Bogotá e construíram-se 28 modelos de regressão linear.
