Schnoor e os dados de 2003 da matriz de Origem e Destino (OD). A análise teve como base os mapas e dados contidos no Plano Diretor de Transporte Urbano (PDTU) da RMRJ disponibilizados pela Secretaria Estadual de Transportes. Este estudo de base documental definiu limites - inferior e superior - das classes, intitulados eixos de centralidade e recorreu à otimização de Jenks, método de classificação de dados de quebras naturais, que utiliza um algoritmo iterativo que reduz a variância dentro dos grupos e maximiza a variância entre os diferentes grupos. O estudo possibilitou verificar que as centralidades da RMRJ não estão concentradas, que são baseadas em deslocamentos que não possuem padrão morfológico uniforme e que, as fragilidades nas conexões entre centro e periferia, constatam o modelo de monopolicentralidade proposto por A. Bertaud.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The work aims to evaluate the centralities in the Metropolitan Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro (RMRJ), based on the perspective projected in the study of J. Schnoor and the 2003 data of the Origin and Destination (OD) matrix. The analysis was based on the maps and data provided by the state transport department, containing the Urban Transport Master Plan (PDTU) of RMRJ. In order to define the lower and upper limits of the classes titled centrality axes, we used the Jenks optimization, a natural breaks data classification method, which uses an iterative algorithm that reduces the variance within the groups and maximizes the variance between the Different groups. The study made it possible to verify that the centralities of RMRJ are not concentrated. The analysis made it possible to verify that the displacement-centered centralities do not have a uniform morphological pattern, and the weaknesses in the connections between center and periphery confirm the monopolicentrality model proposed by A. Bertaud.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El trabajo busca evaluar las centralidades en la Región Metropolitana de Río de Janeiro (RMRJ), bajo la perspectiva proyectada en el estudio de J. Schnoor y los datos de 2003 de la matriz de Origen y Destino (OD). El análisis utilizó los mapas y datos proporcionados por el Departamento Estatal de Transporte, que figuran en el Plan Maestro de Transporte Urbano (PDTU) de la RMRJ. Los límites superior e inferior de las clases se definieron con la optimización de Jenks, método de clasificación de los datos de interrupciones naturales, el cual usa un algoritmo iterativo que reduce la varianza en los grupos y la maximiza entre diferentes grupos. El estudio permitió verificar que la centralidad de la RMRJ no está concentrada y las compensaciones basadas en las centralidades no tienen una morfología uniforme, mientras las debilidades en las conexiones entre el centro y la periferia constatan el modelo de monopolicentralida propuesto por A. L'analyse était basée sur les cartes et les données fournies par le dépar-tement des transports de l'État, contenant le plan directeur des transports urbains (PDTU) de RMRJ. Afin de définir les limites inférieure et supérieure des classes intitulées axes de centralité, nous avons utilisé l'optimisation Jenks, une méthode de classification des données de coupures naturelles qui utilise un algorithme itératif qui réduit la variance au sein des groupes et maximise la variance entre les groupes. L'étude a permis de vérifier que les centralités de RMRJ ne sont pas concentrées.
