Sin embargo, la realidad las muestra como intérpretes de oportunidades de crecimiento organizacional, que llevan a cabo acciones heterogéneas al momento de internacionalizarse. El presente trabajo, a través de una investigación de estudio de caso único, pretende comprender la experiencia de los directivos de una pyme del sector tecnológico en Argentina, quienes tomaron la decisión de internacionalizarse sin ajustarse a ningún patrón. A fin de captar la singularidad que caracteriza esta pyme, mediante el análisis del discurso de los directivos se llega a conocer cómo construyen su mundo organizacional y qué llega a ser convincente, confiable y significativo para ellos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Traditionally, the theories on international expansion of a firm have assumed that similar companies follow unique patterns of behaviour. However, reality shows companies as interpreters of organizational growth opportunities that carry out heterogeneous actions when they become internationalized. This research, through an investigation of a case study, aims at understanding the experience of the managers of a SME in the technological sector of Argentina; who took the decision of becoming internationalized without following a pattern. In order to perceive the singularity that characterizes it, and through the managers&#8217; discourse analysis, we can reach a better understanding on how they build their organizational world, which becomes convincing, reliable and meaningful for all of them.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Tradicionalmente, as teorias sobre a expansão internacional da empresa assumiram que empresas similares seguiram padrões únicos de comportamento. No entanto, a realidade as mostra como intérpretes das oportunidades de crescimento organizacional, que realizam ações heterogêneas no momento da internacionalização. O presente trabalho, através de uma única investigação de estudo de caso, visa compreender a experiência 2 gerentes de uma PME no setor tecnológico na Argentina, que tomou a decisão de se internacionalizar sem se adaptar a padrão nenhum. Para captar a singularidade que caracteriza esta PME, e através da análise do discurso 2 gerentes, é possível saber como eles construam seu mundo organizacional e o que torna convincente, confiável e significativo para eles.]]></p></abstract>
