Metodología: se realizó una scoping review y un análisis de redes de cocitación con el uso de las herramientas Science of Science (Sci2), Gephi y Covidence.  Resultados principales: los temas más relevantes identificados son: 1) estructura factorial y propiedades psicométricas de las Escalas de Ryff en muestras de trabajadores. 2) Importancia de incluir variables sociales, culturales y demográficas en el estudio de las Escalas de Ryff en muestras de trabajadores. 3) Diferenciación del bienestar eudaimónico en el trabajo del bienestar general eudaimónico desde el modelo de Ryff. 4) Causas y aportes del bienestar eudaimónico en los trabajadores. 5) Intervenciones para la mejora del bienestar eudaimónico de los trabajadores.  Conclusiones: se resalta que las Escalas de Ryff presentan dificultades en los análisis exploratorios y confirmatorios para reproducir la estructura factorial original de seis factores; además, se hace un llamado a que futuros estudios realicen la adaptación del modelo de los seis factores de Ryff específicamente al contexto del trabajo y no solo se dediquen a aplicar el modelo general en trabajadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Objective: To identify in the scientific literature the scope of the application of Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scales in worker samples.  Methodology: A scoping review and a co-citation network analysis were conducted using the Science of Science (Sci2), Gephi, and Covidence tools.  Key findings: The most relevant topics identified are: (1) Factorial structure and psychometric properties of Ryff's Scales in worker samples. (2) The importance of including social, cultural, and demographic variables in studying Ryff's Scales in worker samples. (3) Differentiation of eudaimonic well-being at work from general eudaimonic well-being according to Ryff's model. (4) Causes and contributions of eudaimonic well-being in workers. (5) Interventions to improve workers' eudaimonic well-being.  Conclusions: It is highlighted that Ryff's Scales present difficulties in exploratory and confirmatory analyses when replicating the original six-factor structure. Future studies are encouraged to adapt Ryff's six-factor model specifically to the work context rather than merely applying the general model to workers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo  Objetivo: identificar a extensão da aplicação das Escalas de Bem-Estar Psicológico de Ryff em amostras de trabalhadores na literatura científica.  Metodologia: foi realizada uma scoping review e uma análise da rede de cocitações utilizando as ferramentas Science of Science (Sci2), Gephi e Covidence.  Principais resultados: as questões mais relevantes identificadas são: 1) estrutura fatorial e propriedades psicométricas das Escalas de Ryff em amostras de trabalhadores; 2) importância da inclusão de variáveis sociais, culturais e demográficas no estudo das Escalas de Ryff no contexto do trabalho; 3) diferenciação do bem-estar eudaimónico geral no modelo de Ryff; 4) causas e impactos do bem-estar eudaimónico nos trabalhadores, e 5) intervenções para a melhoria do bem-estar eudaimónico no ambiente de trabalho.  Conclusões: as Escalas de Ryff apresentam dificuldades nas análises exploratórias e confirmatórias para reproduzir a estrutura original de seis fatores. Além disso, destaca-se a necessidade de estudos futuros voltados para a adaptação do modelo de seis fatores de Ryff especificamente para o contexto de trabalho, em vez de apenas aplicar o modelo geral a amostras de trabalhadores.]]></p></abstract>
