ABOUT THE JOURNAL

 

Basic Information

Opinión Jurídica journal from Universidad School of Law started in year 2001. It publishes articles resulting from either completed or in-progress researches. When articles are in progress, as preliminary results which are related to law area and related disciplines from which law is influenced. The purpose is to release the knowledge generated from juridical or social-juridical researches carried out at both national and international levels, which can be used to improve interpretation and understanding of legal system with impact on the application of national and international regulations. This journal is published on a semester basis.

The abbreviation of its title is Opin. Jurid., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, legends, and bibliographic references.
