Abstract

WOTLING, Patrick. "¡PERHAPS LAUGHTER ALSO HAS A FUTURE!".Translated byGisela Daza Navarrete. Nómadas [online]. 2012, n.37, pp.29-38. ISSN 0121-7550.

The article studies the consequences of the new approach of the idea of knowledge introduced by the "joyful wisdom" in the Nietzschean thought. It shows that the many understandings of science result from mastering certain feelings. It also asserts that the issue of hierarchy is central in the Nitzschean philosophy, and highlights the significance of the matter of values in his idea of joyful wisdom. The importance given to the gaiety of the spirit (heiterkeit), ensuring health and a future for humanity are understood from this point of view.

Keywords : Nietzsche; knowledge; joyful wisdom; laughter; truth; philosophy; values.
